Teachers are the main force of kindergarten curriculum construction.The development level of teachers' curriculum construction ability affects the improvement of kindergarten curriculum quality,and thus the quality of kindergarten education.A large number of studies show that there is an imbalance between teachers and curriculum,and the development of teachers' curriculum construction ability is in a state of deficiency compared with kindergarten curriculum.Therefore,how to promote the development of teachers' curriculum construction ability is particularly important.The curriculum construction ability of teachers is a kind of active power of teachers to design curriculum in the process of participating in the curriculum construction of kindergarten,taking kindergarten as the basis,combining with the actual needs,development needs and growing environment of children in the kindergarten,and integrating various resources of kindergarten and community.It includes observation and analysis ability,curriculum design ability,activity organization ability,resource utilization ability,environment creation ability and evaluation and reflection ability.This study mainly focuses on the development value,core elements,influencing factors and other basic issues of kindergarten teachers' curriculum construction ability,and finally provides Suggestions and countermeasures to promote the development of kindergarten teachers' curriculum construction ability.This research by using literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and the case study method,xi 'an three kindergarten with public level line shift teachers' questionnaires,and in three kindergarten randomly selected four each,a total of twelve interview object present situation investigation,combined with the actual observation and interviews,the results of investigation were analyzed and discussed,so as to put forward the strategies of the development course construction ability.This study consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,significance,core concepts and research design.The second part mainly explores the development value,core elements and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' curriculum construction ability.The third part mainly investigates and analyzes the actual situation of the development of teachers' curriculum construction ability.The fourth part puts forward specificSuggestions and countermeasures to promote the development of kindergarten teachers' curriculum construction ability.In the fifth part,the conclusions,shortcomings and prospects of this research are briefly described.Through research,it is found that there is little literature on the development of kindergarten teachers' curriculum construction ability,and the theoretical and practical exploration is still in the exploratory stage.This study has carried out a certain degree of research from the theoretical and practical levels,and put forward strategies to promote the development of teachers' curriculum construction ability,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Therefore,this study suggests that teachers themselves,kindergartens,educational administrative departments,children and families should be improved to further promote the development of teachers' curriculum construction ability.
