In the 21 st century,with the advent of the era of globalization and information technology,and facing a new and more challenging international situation,the competition of countries' comprehensive national strength has gradually changed from the level of productivity competition to the deeper talent-centered competition.The19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated: "We should fully implement the Party's educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of building people with moral integrity,develop quality education,promote educational equity,and train socialist builders and successors with all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development." The ideological and political course in senior high school,which aims at cultivating morality and cultivating people,is the main position of discipline education and plays an important role in cultivating students' core quality of discipline.This paper summarizes the research results of scholars at home and abroad on the core literacy training of high school ideological and political disciplines in recent years,expounds the significance of the core literacy training of high school ideological and political courses,and combs out the content of high school ideological and political textbooks suitable for cultivating the core literacy of the disciplines,and puts forward the strategies for cultivating the core literacy of high school ideological and political subject.
