Educational practice is an important part of teacher education curriculum.It is the educational practice activities such as teaching and research experienced by normal university students in the internship school under the guidance of teachers.It is an important link for normal university students to apply the professional knowledge and subject knowledge they have learned to cultivate their ability to engage in education and teaching independently.The attention and research on educational practice is a very important field of modern teacher education research.Different from the previous survey on the satisfaction of interns,the survey on the satisfaction of educational internship in this paper is aimed at the group of primary school beginning teachers.After entering the work post,primary school novice teachers will have a new understanding of the educational practice organized by normal schools.It is undoubtedly more convincing and practical to reflect on the problems or shortcomings of educational practice from the perspective of teaching practice.It is of great significance to understand the satisfaction of primary school teachers with undergraduate education practice for improving the professional quality of teachers,improving the quality of education practice and promoting the development of teacher education.The main question of this study is how satisfied the current elementary school teachers are with the educational practice.Whether the satisfaction of education internship is different for different types of primary teachers,In the process of survey questions what measures we should adopt.This paper takes Shanghai primary school junior teachers as an example.After consulting relevant literature,this paper compiles a questionnaire on the satisfaction of primary school junior teachers with undergraduate education practice based on their practical experience.Formal questionnaire is formed after preliminary analysis and modification.A total of 156 teachers from 28 primary schools in Shanghai were selected for the questionnaire survey.Then,four new primary school teachers were selected for interview.The results show that :(1)the overall satisfaction degree of undergraduate education internship and the satisfaction degree of each dimension are between "general" and "satisfactory".(2)there are significant differences in the satisfaction of primary school junior teachers with undergraduate education practice in five aspects: gender,teaching age,practice mode,whether they have ever worked as a head teacher during the internship and the reasons for choosing a teacher training major.(3)in the four dimensions of the survey,there are more or less specific problems that need to be solved and improved,such as unclear relevant systems of organization and arrangement,unimproved atmosphere of the school for internship,more attention to details in teacher guidance and unimproved content of the internshipBased on the above investigation and analysis results,the author puts forward some Suggestions for education internship.First,from the perspective of normal university students themselves to constantly improve their own cultivation.Second,from the perspective of external environment,provide adequate material resources,rich and solid information resources and technology,reasonably coordinate education management and keep pace with education reform.It is expected that these suggestions can contribute to education internship and teacher professional development in the future.
