Analysis And Research On The Winning Factors Of Men's Volleyball Team In Zibo Tenth Middle School

Zibo Shizhong was named the first batch of “ National Volleyball Traditional ProjectSchool” by the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education in 2003.The first national-level traditional school of volleyball in the province is also the only middle school in the province and even the whole country.The "Three Big Balls" National Project School.Zibo's 10 th volleyball team represents Zibo City in Shandong Province's 23 rd Games,the men's team A defeated Weifang and Yantai team to win the championship(a record high),and the women's team A won the third place in the Qingdao team(10.5 gold medals);In the 24 th Shandong Provincial Games,the women's team A won the championship in Qingdao(to achieve a historic breakthrough).The head coach of Zibo Shizhong has sent 472 volleyball players to professional teams above the provincial level and Tsinghua University,Nankai University,Zhejiang University,Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Shandong University,China Ocean University,Petroleum University,Southwest University of Political Science and Law,Shandong Finance and Economics.Universities,Suzhou University,Shandong Normal University and other countries have admitted to more than a dozen universities,with the highest quality and quantity ranking among the top schools and sports schools in the country.In the construction of the men's volleyball team in Zibo,there must be a lot of successful experiences to learn from,to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the winning factors in Zibo,and to provide a model of practical theory for the youth volleyball team.This study takes the analysis and research of the winning factors of the men's volleyball team in Zibo Shizhong as the research object,and uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to draw the following conclusions:From the perspective of athletes: 1.In terms of body shape,the height of the Zibo Tenth Men's Volleyball Players ranks first among teenagers nationwide.2.In terms of technology,the Zibo Tenth Men's Volleyball Player has the highest scoring rate in smashing and serving skills,and the higher quality of receiving the ball is more conducive to organizational tactics.3.In terms of tactics,the Zibo 10 men's volleyball players have the highest scoring rate in bothoffensive and fast attack tactics.In particular,the 4th position is the core offensive point and the front row of tactical running,which can reflect a better offensive consciousness.4.In terms of the rhythm of the game,the Zibo Tenth Men's Volleyball Player's serve rhythm and the fastest pace of receiving the ball,mainly reflected in the vigorous kicking of the ball;the quality of the serve is fast,the rhythm is fast,and the tactical concealment is enhanced.From the perspective of the coach: 1.Zibo 10 has a unique training concept for coaches,focusing on the transportation and development of athletes.2.The coaches of Zibo Ten Middle School have an advantage in terms of academic qualifications and teaching sources.The master's degree is the academic qualification of the head coach of Zibo Shizhong.It has special theoretical strength in training young athletes.The assistant coach has certain special strength for the retired professional athletes,indicating that the resource allocation of the coaches is more reasonable.3.Zibo Shizhong coaches have an advantage in coaching years and coaching experience.The head coach of Zibo Shizhong has a maximum length of 41 years,which indicates that the coaches have older coaching qualifications and richer coaching experience.
