The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Operation Of National Youth Sports Clubs In Chengdu

Named by the State General Administration of Sports and sponsored by sports lottery public welfare fund,the National Youth Sports Club relies on all kinds of schools,sports schools,stadiums,communities and grass-roots sports associations.Making full use of social sports resources to discover and cultivate sports talents and enhance adolescent physique,it is a social non-profit sports organization.As an important carrier for adolescents to carry out extracurricular sports activities and learn sports skills as well as an important part of youth sports undertakings,the National Youth Sports Club plays a vital role in promoting the development of school sports,widening the channels for selecting reserve talents of competitive sports,improving the level of amateur training,facilitating the development of community and family sports,and optimizing the allocation of sports resources.Through searching literatures,the author learn that the Club still faces some operation problems such as imperfect supervision mechanism,irregular rules and regulations,and deficient operation vitality.This paper analyzes and studies the current operation situation of Chengdu National Youth Sports Club,seeking to sort out the operation problems existing in the National Youth Sports Club.By analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by the operation,this paper puts forward countermeasures to optimize the operation of Chengdu National Youth Sports Club and provides some references and research basis for improving club operation.By using the methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire,case analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a thorough study of the operation status of Chengdu National Youth Sports Club,combs the operation problems existing in the Club,seeks for development opportunities,meets development challenges,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The results show that after 19 years of development,Chengdu National Youth Sports Club has gained a good social reputation,created a strong atmosphere for the youth to participate in sports,and achieved remarkable results.The Club sports training and event organization present strong professionalism,good brand image,good membership foundation and obvious enrollment advantages.Most of the club operation contains human resources,funds,sports venues,information resources,service operations and other management activities.Operation problems in the club are:insufficient managerial personnel,confusion between human resources management and supporting institutions,unclear division of labor,shortage of operating funds,less channels of operating capital income,weak ability to generateincome,insufficient development and utilization of sports venues,insufficient information management,service promotion,design and service development,less use of network and other new media channels;inadequate construction of brand culture;failure to establish quality management and evaluation system of the operation service,and weak service awareness;imperfect management systems of human resources,finance,sports venues and equipment,and information resources.The management mode of Chengdu National Youth Sports Club mainly includes the responsiblilty mode of the council,board of directors,the general manager and the board of directors.The Club has a certain dependence on the supporting institutions which affected the management mode,and is greatly affected by the level of economic development in the region.The operation of Chengdu National Youth Sports Club is facing good opportunities:having a good brand image of the National Youth Sports Club;strong professionalism of sports training and event organization;support from supporting institutions with funds,manpower and venues,and support from youth sports policy and higher authorities.The increasingly frequent international exchanges of youth sports and the continuous improvement of economic development in Chengdu have created good conditions for the operation of the Club.The operation of Chengdu National Youth Sports Club is facing arduous challenges:unreasonable human resources management,inadequate construction and use of sports venues,shortage of operating funds,weak income-generating capacity,inadequate development and utilization of information resources,imperfect service operation and management.At the same time,it has a long way to go to promote the development and operation of the Club Due to the policy changes of education department,the mass basis differences of sports events,and the influence of market competition.In view of the current situation,existing problems as well as development opportunities and challenges of Chengdu National Youth Sports Club,this paper puts forward countermeasures:to improve the quality of human resources management;to give fulmplat to human resources;to expand the sources of funds and ensure the effective use of funds;to optimize the construction and management of sports venues;to ensure the quality and efficient use of venues;to clarify the purpose of information resources management and give full play to information resources;to strengthen service design and development and improve service quality and level;to strengthen the construction of management model and improve the management level.
