SWOT Analysis Of My Country's Naturalized Athletes Under The Background Of The New Era

Nowadays,with the rapid development of competitive sports,more and more naturalized athletes are playing in the sports arena,and the phenomenon of naturalized athletes is becoming more and more a normal event.The emergence of "naturalized" athletes is closely related to the phenomenon of globalization,as well as to the global population movement and frequent exchanges.The development of globalization embodies not only the globalization of politics and economy,but also the globalization of culture.Sports exists as a special cultural phenomenon.Sports globalization and economic and political globalization are mutually complementary,mutually reinforcing and inseparable.It is precisely because of the continuous development of globalization in various fields that the solid and unshakable nationality system,symbolizing national nationalism,has gradually been liberalized.Athletes have the right to choose to represent any country to participate in various sports events.Sports talents flow and exchange more and more frequently in the international arena.Naturalized athletes are ubiquitous all over the world.The outbreak of the "domestication gate" incident has caused some problems in the domestication of athletes in various countries.As a phenomenon,the domestication of athletes will have a certain impact on nationalism,social culture and the development of sports.This study will analyze and study this phenomenon.Through the methods of documentation,expert interviews and mathematical statistics,this paper analyses and demonstrates the phenomenon of naturalized athletes in the world,and draws a conclusion that the influence of naturalized athletes mainly concentrates on four aspects: nationalism,social culture,human value and sports development.1)The influence on nationalism is mainly embodied in the sense of honor and belonging to the nation;2)the influence on social culture is mainly embodied in the collision,conflict and integration of cultures between naturalized athletes and naturalized countries;3)the influence on human value is mainly embodied in the maximization of individual sports value and commercial value of athletes;4)the influence on sports.It is mainly reflected in the fairness and fairness of the competition.The existence of naturalized athletes can objectively promote the development of disadvantaged sports in a country or region and make up for the deficiencies in sports,which is beneficial to the development of sports.But in the process of naturalization,if the naturalized athletes excessively pursue the maximization of human value,it will lead to the intensification of Jinyuan naturalization.With the healthy development and operation of professional leagues at all levels in our country,we can see that the national recognition of foreign aid and the acceptance of the development of foreign elite athletes in China.There is no precedent for naturalization of athletes in our country,so there will be great resistance for naturalized athletes in our country at present.The following suggestions are put forward: 1)political level: optimization of relevant system and mechanism of domesticated athletes;2)economic level: protection of relevant interests of domesticated athletes;3)legal level: classification of "identity" of domesticated athletes;4)cultural level: similarities and differences of cultural values of different countries;5)social level: the definition of Sociology of domesticated athletes needs to be more systematic.The development of disadvantaged sports in our country is mainly to select and train excellent young athletes.The introduction of naturalized athletes can not only improve the performance of sports in a short time,but also greatly shorten the training cycle.However,because the special sports mechanism and legal factors in our country have become the biggest obstacle to the introduction of naturalized athletes,the road of naturalization still needs us to explore.
