SWOT Analysis Of Sanda Athletes Transforming Into Free Fight Athletes From Cross-border Perspective

Under the overall background of cross-event selection in China,the transformation of Sanda athletes to free fighters is an important measure to enhance the strength and influence of competitive Wushu in China.Free fights commercial events are an important window to show the charm of fighting events to the world.Nowadays,there are many Sanda athletes who are separated from the system and enter the free combat events to compete in our country.Therefore,SWOT analysis of these transformed athletes reveals the advantages and disadvantages of the transformed athletes,and it is necessary to determine the opportunities and risks they are facing.By using the methods of documentation,video observation,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and interview,this paper makes an analysis and Research on the competitive ability of 10 elite athletes in the competition(physical,tactical and psychological intelligence).It is also found that the advantage of the transformed athletes is that the side kicking technique of Sanda can play a greater role in free combat;the leg-breaking technique of Sanda wrestling can effectively restrain the opponent's attack rhythm;and the high leg density is the advantage of Sanda Athletes in the course of competition.However,the disadvantage of the transformed athletes is that they should be further strengthened in terms of striking force in the competition,and unfamiliarity with the purpose of the operation of commercial events will bring about psychological pressure in the competition.The opportunity for athletes in transition is that they will be given more competition power under the economic driving of the commercial market;the technical integration of Sanda and other events can further enhance the strength of athletes.The risk faced by athletes in transition is that there is a phenomenon of "control" of athletes in the national system,and the lack of reserve support will increase the pressure of athletes and society.In view of these phenomena,SWOT analysis method is used to explore the trend of athletes in transition.In the analysis of SO strategic combination,it is concluded that the transitional training system between Sanda and free combat should be established;the transparency of labor remuneration of commercial athletes should be made,and the enthusiasm of athletes should be enhanced;and the excellent athletes should be brought into overseas clubs for training.In the analysis of ST strategy combination,it is concluded that the training exchange and talent transfer between Sanda and free combat should be strengthened,and athletes should be encouraged to compete in cross-event combat while completing national competition tasks.Through the analysis of WO strategy combination,it is concluded that scientific research should be strengthened to explain accurately the potential and shortcomings of the transformed athletes' abilities;athletes should be trained to understand the purpose and mode of the operation of commercial events to relieve their competitive psychological pressure;athletes should be gradually turned to the managers of the fighting cause,and combat reserve talents should be trained.In the analysis of WT strategy combination,it is concluded that the study and communication between national coaches and foreign excellent coaches should be strengthened,and the reserve guarantee of transforming athletes should be strengthened from different levels and angles.
