| In recent years,Hunan Swimming Management Center has focused on two important tasks.One is to strengthen training management,speed up the construction of professional teams,and the other is to vigorously promote the healthy development of Amateur Swimming Training in all cities and states of Hunan Province.According to statistics,at present,only Zhangjiajie has not carried out Amateur Swimming Training in 14 cities and states of the province.Hunan Province has more than 1500 amateur swimmers in training.Among them,Changsha,Hengyang,Xiangtan,Zhuzhou and Yueyang have established the provincial swimming reserve talent base.But at the same time,Hunan amateur swimming training is also facing some difficulties,there are some problems,mainly reflected in the shortage of funds,resources,contradictions between learning and training,athletes’ way out is not smooth,coaches’ ability is uneven,incentive mechanism is not perfect,and so on.Attaching great importance to the development of amateur swimming training is undoubtedly the most important thing to promote the progress of competitive swimming in Hunan Province.Only by finding out the problems existing in amateur swimming training and making corresponding adjustments and improvements,can the amateur swimming training in Hunan Province be developed more scientifically and rationally,and then promote the overall improvement of the level of competitive swimming in Hunan Province.Through the actual investigation and analysis of the management status quo of Amateur Swimming Training in Hunan Province,the athlete basic situation,the training situation,the status quo of coaches and the venues and facilities,this study analyzed the causes of these problems,and put forward feasible reform measures.Then it provides a theoretical reference for the development of Amateur Swimming Training in Hunan Province,and provides an empirical basis for the government sports management departments to formulate relevant policies and implementation plans of Amateur Swimming Training in Hunan Province,so as to promote the healthy development of Amateur Swimming Training in Hunan Province.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathema tical statistics and logical analysis,this study takes the development of Amateu r Swimming Training in Hunan Province as the research object,and through sc ientific and rigorous research and analysis,draws the following conclusions:(1)The Amateur Swimming Training in Hunan covers the whole province,but the development of each city and state is unbalanced;(2)The lagging incentive mechanism is an important reason for affecting the enthusiasm of coaches and athletes in training;(3)The poor way out and the limited coaching ability of coaches limit the sustainable development of athletes.In order to solve the problems in the development of Amateur Swimming Training in Hunan Province,this paper tries to put forward the following sug gestions:(1)Focus on the multi-channel and sustainable development of athlete s;(2)Improve the incentive mechanism,improve coaches’ enthusiasm for training and athletes’ initiative to participate in training;(3)Focus on coaches’ learning and training,improve coaches’ teaching ability;(4)Improve the youth swimmin g competition system and training management mode in Hunan Province to im prove the level of reserve talents. |
