| Under the background that the state attaches great importance to the quality of education,whether the special ability of talent training in colleges and universities meets the needs of the society is an important standard to measure the quality of higher education.The evaluation index system of basketball special ability is not only an important feedback to test the learning effect of basketball majors,but also an important reference to measure the ability of primary and secondary school teachers in the future.Basketball special course plays an increasingly important role in improving the education quality of basketball majors ’ special ability.However,due to the limitations and incompleteness of the evaluation content and evaluation dimension of the current basketball special ability evaluation system,the correct evaluation of teaching effect and the improvement of teaching quality are affected.With the active promotion of teaching evaluation reform in China,it is urgent to improve the evaluation system of special ability and implement it to various disciplines and special projects to improve the quality of student training.The purpose of this study is to construct the evaluation index system of basketball special ability,and to escort the quality of basketball special ability education.This study takes the evaluation index system of basketball special ability as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the literature data method and the Delphi method,the evaluation index system of basketball special ability is constructed;the weight is calculated by analytic hierarchy process;using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to verify the evaluation index of basketball special ability.research conclusions:1.In this study,the evaluation index system of basketball special ability is divided into three levels,which are target level,criterion level 10 and index level 46.2.The first-level indicators of this study are sorted by importance as basketball teaching ability,basketball technical ability,basketball training ability,basketball referee ability,basketball physical quality,competition organization ability,basketball theoretical knowledge,basketball tactical ability,basketball scientific research ability,basketball psychological quality.3.This study combines theory with practice,applies the established evaluation system and weight model to practice,and adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The qualitative and quantitative results show that the evaluation results have good consistency,indicating that the constructed evaluation index system is effective. |
