The new curriculum standard implements is "humanist" the idea,emphasizes is the student "the comprehensive" development,manifests is the life concern,is concerned about the student overall harmonious development.This requires teachers to improve their humanistic literacy,to play their own exemplary role model.As a representative of humanities,Chinese language has rich humanistic spirit.Therefore,Chinese teachers play an important role in the students,especially in the primary school stage.In order to improve the humanistic quality of students,make students all-round development,perfect personality,improve the humanities of primary school language teachers is imminent.In view of this,this article chooses the primary school teacher as the research object,uses the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method unifies research methods,attempts for the elementary school language Teacher's humanities quality existence question to provide some concrete solution.This thesis will expound the humanistic accomplishment of primary school Chinese teachers from the following aspects:Firstly,this paper probes into the reason and significance of the research on the Humanities literacy of primary school Chinese teachers,and the research ideas and methods.The Origin and development of the related concepts of humanistic literacy are summarized.This paperenumerates the various opinions of other scholars on humanistic attainment,and sums up the basic definition and connotation of humanistic accomplishment,and constructs the humanistic quality of primary school Chinese teachers from four aspects of humanistic knowledge,humanities skill,humane morals and humanistic attitude.Secondly,based on the theory of quality-oriented education,humanistic education theory and Ultimate Care theory,the author combs The human quality at home and abroad,and puts forward the deficiencies of the existing literature research.Through field investigation,the present situation of Chinese teachers ' humanistic literacy in primary schools is analyzed deeply,and the problems existing in the four dimensions of humanistic literacy are analysed with the specific data,and the subjective and objective reasons of the problems are discussed.Finally,in the promotion of primary school Chinese teachers 'humanistic quality of the countermeasures,also from the subjective and objective two different points of view,so as to enhance the practicality of the policy.Hope that through research can really contribute to the improvement of the humanities quality of primary school Chinese teachers.Objective aspects: Perfecting policy mechanism,building humanistic campus,strengthening teaching research training and carrying out reading activities.Subjective aspects: Strengthen the moral cultivation,tamp the Cultural Foundation,change the educational idea,and reflect in time.In short,the humanities quality of primary school Chinese teachers to be continuously promoted in practice teaching,the way and strategy of promotion is not consistent,different,"individualized." Only by improving the humanistic quality of the primary school language teachers can we make an example for the students to promote their all-round development.
