With the increase of bullying incidents in schools,and the mean process from report shocking the public,school bullying has caused widespread social attention.Since the era of knowledge,countries have paid more attention to comprehensive training and development of talents.However,the occurrence of campus bullying not only has bad effects to students’ study life,but also injures their future growth and development.Therefore,school bullying,as a problem that cannot be ignored in the stage of student development.It is an important task to study the current situation of campus bullying,to understand the causes of campus bullying and to put forward reasonable and effective measures.In view of the problem of school bully,a survey was conducted on the bullying problem of two high schools in Binzhou City.The students were selected from a junior high school and a senior high school.The students of each grade were selected to fill out the questionnaire and eight teachers were interviewed about the problem of school bully.Through surveys and interviews,it analyzes the status quo and causes of school bullying problems.At present,bullying is widespread on campus,bullying on campus is more frequent,and bullying is diverse,and bullying is crueler.It has a serious impact on students’ physical and psychological development.The reasons for this are mainly analyzed in four parts: personal aspect,school aspect,family aspect,and social aspect.On the personal aspect,because the middle school students are in a relatively special stage,their psychology and physiology are not mature,and they may have some emotional problems.At the same time,the values of middle school students have not been fully formed,they can not correctly understand the adverse consequences of campus bullying.Bullying in schools is frequent.On the school aspect,unhealthy school spirit and utilitarian teaching philosophy make the school neglect the development of students’ mental health and the establishment of values.Students can’t deal with campus bullying correctly and reasonably.On the family aspect,parents and students are short of communication and understanding.Parents can’t find students’ psychological and behavioral changes early,and the lack of cognition and improper handling of campus bullying affects students’ understanding and processing of interpersonal relationships.On the social aspect,the spread of social bullying culture caused by the indifference between the members of the society and the anomie of the media,forms a bad social and cultural atmosphere.In view of the problem of campus bullying,I put forward the multiple governance system of campus bullying by reading books and books and based on the theory of grid.First of all,determine the multiple subjects and form a community of interests.Secondly,the school bullying management work group is set up to dynamically handle the campus bullying events.Finally,the school bullying work is evaluated and feedback,and the "last kilometer" of campus bullying is implemented. |
