The problem of bullying in middle school campus has been widely concerned by the public in recent years,but it is not a new one.Developing a multi-dimensional school bullying governance system with society,schools,families and students as the non-participants as the object of study.On the one hand,in recent years,more and more attention has been paid to campus issues in the public field of vision,which gradually focus on the recognition,definition,causes and governance of campus bullying.This is the general appeal of the public,and also the future period of time,secondary school teaching.Important research and educational content in the field of education;on the other hand,taking bullying in middle schools as a breakthrough point,through investigation,induction and analysis of bullying characterization,causes of bullying and governance measures,it is conducive to better grasp the changes of physical and mental growth characteristics of middle school students in the current and future social environment,which is conducive to better promoting educational reform,in policies and in the future.It is very important to obtain reliable evidence at both theoretical and practical levels.Firstly,"campus bullying" is used as the key word to search,read and file documents in China HowNet and Longyuan periodicals.Through literature research,we form a comprehensive understanding of the current problem of campus bullying at home and abroad,the causes of formation and solutions,and establish a clear starting point and theoretical basis for the writing of this article.Then,we proceed from the conceptual and theoretical levels.The research object of this paper is to clarify the work and theoretical basis,and to establish a clear research logic.Secondly,using questionnaires and interview outlines as analysis tools,the relevant data collected from the survey are summarized and analyzed by statistical methods,and the key representations of school bullying are clearly grasped from the aspects of thecharacteristics of school bullying,the adverse effects of school bullying and the current situation of school bullying management;and then,based on the theoretical basis of the preceding article,the characteristics of individual physical and mental development,school bullying and other aspects.In the aspects of garden factor,family factor and social factor,we deeply excavate the inducement of campus bullying to form a real and reliable practical data support.Thirdly,aiming at the multi-dimension governance system with full participation,we should form clear system points by means of clear powers and responsibilities,active participation,multi-cooperation,reasonable system composition and long-term evaluation mechanism,and really devote ourselves to effectively solving the problem of bullying in middle schools.Finally,it summarizes the key points,difficulties and innovations of this study,and reflects on the shortcomings.
