The Design And Realization Of Teaching Assistant System For Public Basic Courses

The teaching management is an important part of the school education work,especially the management of the teaching auxiliary system of the public basic course.It is very difficult and complex.The teaching sound and video,the resources of the class teaching are difficult to be preserved,and the students' follow-up and use are also very defective.The teaching management of the public basic course belongs to the important work of the school.So we must fully rely on the network resources and integrate the teaching resources into the computer so that the students can use these resources in the course to improve the students' learning efficiency.This paper takes a Career Technical College as the research object,and establishes a set of teaching assistant system for public basic courses.1.Demand analysis and business process combing.This paper designs and analyzes the main modules,such as information release management,document management,teaching resource management,auxiliary teaching management,system management and so on.The system finally completes the related work of the requirement analysis through modeling and design,and the use cases can meet the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the system,and lay the foundation for the subsequent design and development.2.The design of the teaching assistant system for public basic courses is completed.This system uses the UML design method,designs the teaching auxiliary system of the public basic course,and develops the overall design and detailed design of each module of the system,and use J2 EE technology to complete the information release management,document management,teaching resource management and auxiliary teaching management,system management and other business functions.This paper uses the SOA architecture design system architecture,uses SQL Server 2012 to realize the conceptual design and physical design of the database,and improves the data management function of each module.3.System implementation and testing.According to the modular design idea to complete the programming work,this paper focuses on the programming of the system.So as to realize the functions of each module of the teaching assistant system of public basic courses.After the design is completed,the black and white box testing method is used to perform functional and performance related tests,and the defects and deficiencies in the software are corrected.Finally complete the design of the whole software.From the practical point of view,the users can use the different functions of authority to use the teaching auxiliary system of the public basic course,which can help the teaching of public basic courses to be carried out.After the deployment of the system,the teaching satisfaction has also been greatly improved,which has been well received by the unanimous teachers and students.
