| As a new teaching method,group cooperative learning has been paid more and more attention by more and more schools.It introduces students into meaningful activities in groups,involves students in them,fosters the spirit of mutual assistance and collaboration among students in joint exploration and learning activities,and trains them in their ability to express their language and solve problems.Transform the external learning motivation into the student’s internal learning motivation.This thesis mainly focuses on the theoretical basis of group cooperative learning,the method of research ideas,the organization of the group,the implementation strategy,the evaluation method,the teaching effect,the problems encountered and the improvement measures.It tries to demonstrate the process of group cooperation model implemented by H school in the past two years through classroom observation and questionnaire,analyze and discuss the effectiveness and implementation strategies of group cooperation learning,and help the school to form a standard group cooperation management model and classroom teaching model.It also provides some suggestions for the local education department in the direction of the development of teaching model.Through the results of questionnaires,classroom records and after-school interviews,it was found that the teachers and students of H school had a relatively high degree of recognition of group cooperation learning methods,and group cooperation learning could run normally in various classes.However,the problems in the practice process are also relatively significant,such as the unclear division of labor in the group cooperation,the lack of practical significance of the group cooperation in the form of group cooperation,and the timely evaluation of the group.To this end,we need to strengthen the training of teachers,strictly focus on the collection of disciplines and self-provided conditions,adjust the direction of the classroom,for all students,and timely and effective evaluation of the group. |
