Research On The Problems And Strategies Of The Internationalization Development Of Higher Education Students In Sichuan Province

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the higher education undertaking in our country has prospered and developed as an important indicator of the country's development strength.The internationalization of higher education has also entered a new historical chapter and has become an important indicator of its international competitiveness.The development of students' internationalization is an important part of the internationalization of higher education.International exchanges and exchanges between international students are the most mainstream,most important and most important forms in the internationalization of higher education.After years of accumulation and precipitation in Sichuan Province,a qualitative leap in the pace and level of economic development has been achieved,and the internationalization of higher education has also achieved certain achievements.However,in terms of overall scale and quality,there is still a certain degree of comparison with the overall level of the country.gap.Standing at a new height,Sichuan Province,as a major province for international development,has developed a development model of “promoting education with cities and teaching to push cities” as a starting point to realize the internationalization of higher education and the internationalization of urban development.win.The research on the internationalization of higher education includes a number of elements: internationalization of students,internationalization of teachers and scholars,internationalization of courses,and Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.In order to avoid empty content in research,this study focuses on the internationalization of students in higher education and studies Sichuan.The status quo of the development of the internationalization of provincial higher education students is compared with the overall internationalization level of students in the country.At the same time,it contrasts with the Jiangsu Province in the eastern region and the Hubei Province in the central region,and summarizes the problems in the five points of development: 1.Sichuan Province The number of international students coming to China is small,and the academic structure needs to be optimized;2.Propaganda for studying in China is not strong,and publicity information is not updated in a timely manner;3.The proportion of students sent abroad for study abroad accounts for a lower proportion of the national plan;4.High schools The level of internationalization of higher education students is unbalanced;5.Compared with the developed regions in the east and central regions,the overall level is not high.This study aims at the internationalization of higher education students in Sichuan Province and studies their development issues and puts forward six strategic proposals: 1.To attract high-level talents to study in China,to optimize the proportion of international students at various levels of education;2.To increase publicity and attract more students.International students in China choose Sichuan universities;3.Improve the education and management system for foreign students in China to create a good environment for studying abroad;4.Support the development of internationalization of higher education students in universities directly under the Ministry of Education;5.Strengthen the study abroad students Management and service will increase the degree of emphasis on studying abroad;6.Encourage overseas students to return after studying abroad to serve Sichuan's economic and social development.
