The labor contract law of our country has made clear legal stipulation to labor dispatch system,on the one hand,it shows the legality of labor dispatch employment system;On the other hand,in the course of practical operation,we have met or will meet with the situation which the law does not clearly define,such as the new situation and problems brought by the policy of limited purchase of real estate to the labor dispatch employment system,which directly influences the coordination of the tripartite relations in the labor dispatch employment system,and thus breeds new labor disputes.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study these new situations and problems.This paper takes Chengdu QJ labor dispatch company,which has a large market share in Chengdu labor dispatch market under the background of limited purchase of real estate in Chengdu,as well as the labor dispute case and the research content of the cause,and takes talent leasing theory,Matthew effect,and game theory as the theoretical guidance.Taking the methods of literature research,comparative analysis,sample survey,and case analysis as the research methods,the research focuses on the development of labor dispatch business and the major labor disputes before and after the implementation of the purchase restriction policy.Further analysis of the targeted prevention and resolution of QJ companies faced with the problem of labor disputes recommendations.Firstly,this paper analyzes the specific changes and causes of QJ's labor disputes before and after the purchase restriction,and expounds the specific effects on QJ company.Then,in the framework of the principle of "prevention first,timely settlement",some specific measures to prevent labor disputes are put forward in the early stages,during the process of development,and after the completion of the labor dispatch business.And from the internal and external two aspects of the proposed practical and practical solutions to resolve labor disputes.At last,the paper summarizes the whole text and points out some shortcomings in the research.Through research on the labor disputes of QJ companies in the context of limited purchase,the research results obtained will help to promote the healthy development of QJ's labor dispatch business,reduce the legal costs in its operation,and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the three parties in the labor dispatch system.At the same time,it can also provide reference and reference for enterprises engaged in similar business in Chengdu.
