President Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress:"Employment is the biggest livelihood." China is the world's most populous country with a large employment population.This allows us to have abundant labor resources and employment in contemporary China.The problem is particularly acute.As a kind of market allocation method of human resources,labor dispatch plays an active role in promoting employment and re-employment.In China,labor contract employment is still the basic form of employment for most enterprises in China.Labor dispatching workers make the employment forms of enterprises more diversified and more flexible,and labor dispatch workers solve a large number of social problems in some low-tech jobs.Idle personnel play an important role in reducing the unemployment rate and become an important supplementary form of employment for labor contracts.They play a pivotal role in the construction of market economy in the new era.This paper mainly uses research methods such as Delphi method,flow chart method,brainstorming method,analytic hierarchy process and other qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,literature review method,field research method,questionnaire method,case analysis method and other methods are used to carry out the research.Main content includes the following six parts:the first part introduces the research background and significance,labor dispatch at home and abroad present situation and the comprehensive review,and briefly summarized in this paper,we study the content and research methods,set up the basic background of the second part of the labor dispatching and risk management related concepts and theories,including the origin of the labor dispatching concept and relevant characteristic,the concept and characteristics of risk,risk management,the connotation of the general method and process,etc.The third part selects "DZ Company" as a typical case.First,it briefly introduces this company,focusing on the status quo and existing problems of labor dispatch.The fourth part analyzes the labor dispatch risk of DZ Company in detail,conducts statistical analysis of the survey data through professional sociological statistical software,and displays the DZ Company labor dispatch risk evaluation results.In the fifth part,through the various stages of labor dispatch,in advance,during and after the event,the management and control measures for the labor risk of DZ Human Resources Management Co.,Ltd.are proposed.The sixth part summarizes the full text and draws the relevant conclusions on the risk management of labor dispatching labor,and points out the lack of writing and research prospects.The whole research finds that DZ Company faces many problems in the process of labor dispatch,including labor evaluation and agreement revision before dispatch,labor selection and contract revision during dispatch,personnel management and cost overruns after dispatch,etc.DZ Company has some risks in the early,middle and late stage of its labor dispatching practices.The main risk factors include the deviation between the supply and demand of posts of the employing units,the signing of labor dispatching contracts,the adjustment of the flow of labor dispatching personnel and the brain drain.DZ Company,in the process of dispatching risk control,risk control approaches should advance,multi-pronged,only by constantly improving the management,supervision,evaluation,training mechanism,standardize labor dispatching business processes,strict procedures,accurate operation,reduce or avoid the potential risk,in order to guarantee the sustainable development of the company good,solid position in the market for a long time.
