A Study On The Creation Of A Set Of Self-selected Moves For The 2017 National Cheerleading Championships

Cheerleading is a competitive,artistic,recreational and viewing sport which embodies the vitality of youth,healthy and upward team spirit,and the pursuit of the highest sense of honor team sports.Since 2000,cheerleading was introduced into China,and under the leading of the State General Administration of sports and University Sports Associations,various forms of Cheerleading training,performance and different levels of related events were carried out all over the country.scientific training,flexible performance,diverse event,all of these laid a solid foundation for the promotion and the development of China’s cheerleading."Promote by the game,Push to construction" is the common development of sports,cheerleading is not out of the list.As one of the important means of Cheerleading promotion,the competition has played an irreplaceable role in the promotion of Cheerleading in China.This study adopts interview method,literature method,video analysis,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics research methods,which based on the 2014 version of the international cheerleading rules and selected the 2017 National Cheerleading Championship open youth group B,group C to collective action which set the top three optional bouquet with a total of 6 video game as the research team,the object of the collective choice of curd in complete movements of basic hand,personality Dance,difficulty movement,lifting and coordinated action,formation change,transitional space level conversion,the nine aspects of music,costumes and props of the creation,analysis of its strengths and weaknesses.Research conclusion:1.Cheerleading international rules pay more attention to the integrity and overall effect of the complete set of movements,do not make individual requirements for the difficulty level of movement,coaches can create and innovate movements based on the level of athletes.2.The number of basic hand movements is abundant,and the selection types are different.The basic hand position types of group B are more than those of group C,and the movements are more powerful and accurate.In the two groups,hand positions were concentrated in four categories: V,H,A,and high punch,while W,L,R and M were less used.The combination of basic hand and basic steps lacks novelty and diversity.3.Types of difficulty movement is not balanced,and the difficulty combination is less.There is no novelty in the connection action of the transition connection.The lifts in the team are little,if coaches point to strengthen the transition of the actions’ connection,it will make the ball cheerleading routine structure more abundant and ornamental.4.Two groups of total formation change varied,formation pattern of change is also more abundant liquidity,open youth group B team’s irregular formations and spatial changes are more comprehensive than group C team,the group B’s team formation is diversity,and the visual effect is more liquid.Open youth group is lessused in the B-C-A space type,which has a great relationship with the ability level of athletes.5.Choice and production of music show their team characteristics and advantages well,but music production is not professional,sound effect use little.6.All of the teams chose small bright A dress uniforms,including 5 teams with 4inch head of collocation,giving a clean visual effect and providing a harmonious clothing and props collocation.
