| The purpose: The physical form,body tissue and the physical structure of the body will be diminished in every aspect of the aging period,in short,as the body’s ability to exercise and the physical deterioration,it has a serious effect on the quality of life in older women.Therefore,the research on the health of senile women is increasing,and it is widely recognized that taking part in physical exercise is especially important for the health of elderly women,and the healthy transportation involving elderly women includes the comprehensive movement of aerobically increasing aerobic exercise and strength of muscular strength.On this basis,this study will be devoted to finding a reasonable and scientific way for the elderly women to strengthen physical fitness and prevent diseases,to provide scientific reference for the general elderly women to choose the exercise mode suitable for them.Through the comparison and analysis of the elderly women’s physical quality,body shape,and body function index measurement,this paper mainly discusses the influence of the taiji movement and the long walk on the physical quality,body shape and body function of the elderly women.Methods: This topic selection of literature material method,experiment,mathematical statistics.The experimental subjects of the tai chi movement selected 20 female teachers of jishou university and the beginners of taijiquan as experimental subjects(except for daily life,no other way of exercise).The experimental subjects were selected from the most important places for the elderly women in jishou city to take part in the exercise of the walking exercise.The 20 subjects(except daily life and no other exercise)were selected as the subjects of the exercise,and the subjects in the control group were selected as the subjects of the experiment(except the daily life,there was no other way of exercise).The subjects were between 60 and 65 years old.By measuring the physiological indexes of the three groups of subjects and comparing them with the control group,the differences and influences between the two types of physical fitness,body shape and body function were compared and analyzed.Results: By comparing and measuring the physiologic indexes of three groups of elder aged female,such as the physical flexibility(sit-and-reach),(sit-up),eye-closed and single-legged,somatic functions(blood pressure,vital capacity and vein pulse)and body shape(weight,chest circumference and skinfold thickness of upper arm,back skin and abdomen),it has been concluded that Long-term Taichi exercise enjoys better fitness effectiveness in improving physical flexibility of elder aged female(sit-and-reach),physical quality(sit-up),eye-closed and single-legged,somatic functions(blood pressure and vital capacity,vein pulse)than brisk walking does.However,for body shape(weight,chest circumference and skinfold thickness of upper arm,back skin and abdomen),brisk walking has greater effectiveness than Taichi exercise while there is no significant difference between above styles in fitness effectiveness for aged female’s strength(strength of back or grip)or body shape(height or waist).Conclusion: Both Taichi exercise and brisk walking focus on different parts and they have different influence on fitness effectiveness under the condition that the exercise intensity is nearly similar.Taichi is far superior to brisk walking in improving body physical flexibility and cardio-pulmonary function.Therefore,Taichi would be the best choice for those aged female requiring some improvement in physical flexibility and cardio-pulmonary function.However,brisk walking which is far superior in losing weight and defatting and shaping comparing with Taichi would be a better choice for the aged female who are willing to lose weight and keep fine body shape. |
