Children have the great potential of absorb and express through art naturally,which is called artistic potential.The respect and cultivation of artistic potential play a vital role in young children's Art Education.This study is based on the art education practice in the first semester of the second class of L kindergarten,using the paradigm of action research,researcher take part in designing and implementing art education activities,and reflect this activities with class teachers,to exploring the activity content,evaluation and environment supporting for the to cultivate the artistic potential of children.From September 2017 to December,three themes of art activities(Creative Art logo,I love Beijing Opera and Penguin adventure),this research have gone through three stages of exploration,adjustment and deepening.This research finds that there are still a lot of neglect of children's art potential in art education,such as:educational goals inhibit the vitality of children;educational content limited the diversity of children;education evaluation makes children's fancy rigid;the class environment disregards the artistic potential of children.In this research,researchers designed and implemented ten art collective teaching activities and three regional activities.Through continuous reflection,researcher summarized the related suggestions on activity design and guidance methods to stimulate children's artistic potential.And summarize teachers' supporting strategies from three aspects——activities designing,guide and evaluate methods and environment supporting,including:improve teachers' education concept,reasonable education goal setting;based on the development of children's interests,education content select from daily life;trust children's artistic potential,encourage the exploration and freedom of expression;pay attention to children's emotion,avoid too much emphasis on skills;create a relaxed,aesthetic and artistic environment;further expand art regional's artistic value.
