Training school-based training manager in the training center of N City Bureau of Education is a new step for the principal training.This new is reflected in the new value orientation,which means expanding the extension of principal training,that is,focus shifting from principal to vice principal(school-based training managers are mainly vice principal who is in charge of teaching).The training objectives point to the teaching work,curriculum,scientific research and teacher team building at school.The research and implementation of training projects of school-based training manager indicate that the principle training will be specific,more targeted,more people-oriented,more prominent in the school as a unit,by means of education and scientific research to improve the quality of teachers and the school level.To a certain extent,years of research on training school-based training manager in N city has made a new exploration for the principal training in the elementary education stage,provided new experience and opened up a new field.This is also the purpose of this paper.The article discusses from four aspects:the introduction part mainly elaborates the research origin and significance,research status,related concepts and research process and research methods;the second part elaborates the development of the special training projects of school-based training manager in N city,including the preparation and practice foundation,preliminary research,program development,program demonstration;the third part elaborates the implementation of special training projects of school-based training manager in N city from four aspects including the curriculum,training strategy,teaching mode,and working mode;the fourth part elaborates the implementation effect,reflection and improvement strategy of the special training projects of school-based training manager in N city.Overall,this study reveals the innovative practice of the training of school-based training manager in N city in four aspects:the first is the theoretical transformation:the training of school-based training manager has been transferred from leader training to developing leadership of school-based training;the second is the content enhancement:the training of school-based training manager has been transferred from focusing on knowledge and ability to promoting the core competence of the school-based training manager;the third is the strategic shift:the focus of training of school-based training manager has been shifted from the training performance to sustainable development;the fourth is to focus on innovation:the focus of training of school-based training manager has been transferred from knowledge application to sentiment in the context.The innovation of theory and practice about school-based training management training in teachers' training center in N city provides decision-making basis for the formulation of administrative education training plan and related policy,provides a useful reference for the training institutions at all levels of school-based training of managers,to a certain extent it also indicates that the school management training in the elementary education stage has stepped in the new stage.
