In recent years,with the Chinese families for attaches great importance to education and the rapid development of China’s economy,international education has become more and more popular in China.Nowadays,the study industry is no longer a simple intermediary service,the industry has had the mature enterprise service chain ranging from abroad to study abroad after all the services before.In the face of increasing market demand for customers,personalized,homogenization of product quality and marketing means of homogenization of the industry to become the biggest obstacle to the development of the industry in the course of the operation also encountered a lot of practical problems and challenges,through thorough Analysis of existing problems in enterprises and find solutions to problems,help to guide the company’s competitive strategy to develop and implement,to provide sustainable development of new ideas,at the same time can also be for the same type of agents of the company’s strategy to provide a good help,the research results of this paper on the industry development practice also has some certain reference function.Although many scholars have studied the internal and external environment,and the present situation of the intermediary industry in China to do the research,the theory of the rapid development of the industry has become obsolete and the existing research results will not be able to adapt to the new development.At the same time,the competition of intermediary firms in China can not reflect the competitive strategic factors which affect the operation and management of enterprises.The company is a representative company with network operation in China’s study abroad,its branch operation mode is also peer common mode to follow,but the model after years of use and have a new management problems,therefore need to establish a new innovation model to a breakthrough.Through the analysis and demonstration,this paper tries to sort out the competitive advantage and competitive strategy of JJL study abroad,and discusses the ways to implement the strategy and the safeguard measures to be taken.The purpose of this paper is to deepen the research on the core competitiveness system and the idea of strategic management to a certain extent through the research conclusions and improve the innovation proposal of the thesis,to perfect the study abroad intermediary aspects of theoretical research,and to study abroad intermediary healthy and rapid development of this emerging industry to provide theoretical and technical support.
