Primary school mathematics extracurricular activities are the extension and continuation of mathematics classroom teaching,the upgrading and integration of classroom content,and the application and transfer of knowledge.Mathematics extracurricular activities can not only cooperate with classroom teaching,but also help consolidate mathematical knowledge and improve students' hands-on ability,which is not a substitute for classroom teaching.The extracurricular activities of mathematics are an integral part of the school mathematics education.To effectively ensure the smooth development of the extracurricular activities of mathematics,it is necessary to carry out scientific and effective management.This study took the H primary school in Liwan District,Guangzhou as the research object,and randomly selected 236 pupils and 22 math teachers to carry out a questionnaire on the development and management of the extracurricular activities of mathematics,and interviewed the principals in charge of the mathematics department.Through questionnaire and interview results for statistical processing and analysis,found that at present the school in mathematics extracurricular activities and there are certain problems in their management,and the influencing factors on the quality of the maths extracurricular activity management mainly embodied in the social environment,the importance of administrators,teachers,management system and management methods,evaluation and incentive system in five aspects.According to the above and influencing factors,this study proposes the following strategies to improve the efficiency of the management of extracurricular activities in Mathematics: first,to improve the degree of attention to the activities of the managers;two to improve the quality of teachers;the three is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students;and the four is to establish a perfect mechanism for the management of the activities outside the mathematics class;and the five is to establish a sound and sound system.Mathematics extracurricular activities,supervision,evaluation and reward mechanism.
