As a treasure trove of the Chinese nation's accumulated spirit,the establishment of miniature courses of National Education meets the needs of students for their physical and mental development,as well as the interests and needs of students,and not only responds to students 'inner love of national studies,but also to the demands of the times.The school realizes the important role of the National Education to the development of the students,has opened the school-based curriculum to carry out the National Education,and the school-based curriculum of the National Education is universally open.But according to the survey,most primary schools offer school-based National Education curriculum with problems such as the inability to accommodate the needs of every student and the shortage of teachers.And the micro-course can complement and cooperate with the school-based curriculum and promote the all-round development of students.Micro-course is a special form of school-based curriculum,which is designed and carried out by teachers according to the interests of the students.The features of flexibility,semi-independence and school-based are helpful to develop the personality of students,enhance the attractiveness of curriculum and enhance the curriculum development ability of teachers.This study is based on the N primary school of Q,and focuses on the research of the establishment of micro-curriculum in Q.Based on the theory,this paper carries out an investigation in depth practice,and uses questionnaire survey,interview,observation and literature analysis to investigate the present situation of the National Education micro-curriculum in N elementary schools in the city of Q.Firstly,with the teachers of N primary school in Q as the object of study,the author analyzes the present situation of elementary school education micro-curriculum from teachers and schools by means of questionnaire survey and interview survey: the teachers 'theoretical and practice understanding of the micro-curriculum is lacking;the ability to set up micro-course for teachers needs to be improved;the development and utilization of resources in micro-course are not enough: low utilization of teaching equipment and single curriculum resources;the effectiveness of micro-courses needs to be improved: at present,the National Education micro-course is difficult to meet the students 'needs satisfactorily and the introduction of micro-courses has negative effects on teachers.Secondly,combined with the interview results,it is found that the lack of expert guidance,the ineffective management of micro-curriculum,and the lack of curriculum awareness and ability of teachers lead to problems in micro-courses.Finally,after further analysis,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,that is,schools should focus on expert guidance on micro-courses: inviting relevantexperts to organize lectures,learn from experienced teachers,organize teacher visits to model schools,set up teacher workshops,set up a network platform,and organize group seminars;strengthen the management of micro-curriculum in schools: improve the management system of micro-curriculum,strengthen teacher training,strengthen the development and utilization of curriculum resources;to raise the awareness and capacity of teachers to conduct micro-courses;expand the resources for micro-courses.
