Family education is a kind of important educational practice,which is parallel with school education and social education.Early family education can not only give children emotional comfort,train good living habits,but also help children develop the necessary ability to take care of themselves,tell children to carry out the daily behavior norms and popularize certain cultural knowledge.Therefore,early family education is an important step for children to walk into socialization.In this study,a family of four generations living together in XZ Village,L District,Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province was taken as the research object.The qualitative research method was used to observe the life of them and conduct interviews with family members.Local dialect is used to describe the implementation of parents' early family education to their children in different ages,and the inter-generational changes of the implementation of family education of the three generations in the middle and early stage have been analyzed so as to expound the trend and causes of inter-generational change,and finally the early family education in modern rural areas us reflected from the angle of community and post-metaphor culture.This study expounds the early rural family education from the perspective of "family education concept","family education content" and "family upbringing style".Through the analysis and comparison of the three dimensions mentioned above,this paper summarizes the inter-generational changes in the early family education of the parents of the three ages of ancestral generation,ancestor and elder generation.Among them,inter-generational change can be divided into circulation and vicissitude."Circulation" is mainly manifested in "safe knowledge" and "moral knowledge" in the content of family education,as well as the "division of roles" in family upbringing.Vicissitude is manifested in many aspects,such as the concept of "education","view of children","concept of development","scientific and cultural knowledge" in the concept of family education,"knowledge of living habits and livelihood" as well as "family atmosphere" and "interactive exchanges" in family upbringing.It is worth noting that most of the trends of change are from tradition to modern,from backwardness to advance,from surface to deep development,only "living habits and livelihood knowledge" is retrogressive from maturity to immaturity.The author believes that the inter-generational change of early family education in rural areas is the result of the joint action of many factors.Among them,social transformation,educational reform and family change are the three main factors.Social transformation provides a great social environment for the inter-generational changes of early family education in rural areas,and the educational reform further transforms parents' concept of early family education.And the family changes also play a role in the inter-generational changes of the early rural family education.
