Education is the foundation of a country.The strength and prosperity of a country is not only reflected in economy and technology,but also in the growth of the young generation in this country.Therefore,the education of the young generation is the most important part of the country’s development,and sports education plays a very important role in the growth of young people.The decision of the State Council on deepening education reform and promoting quality-oriented education puts forward that a new generation of teenagers can better invest in the national construction work and serve the people better for the society only by exercising strong and healthy body.China is a great country,is also a big country of education,in the development of the southern city of the level of education than the north,whether in education policy,attention,teaching mode,content,methods and means of hardware facilities than the development of relatively well developed.In the northwest of China,there are many disadvantages in the education level of the southern cities in the field of physical education.Therefore,in order to improve the students’ physical quality and enhance the sense of sports,the country should pay attention to the reform of school physical education,through the analysis and research to find out the prevalence situation of sports teaching of middle school,find the internal factors and propose solutions,better promote the development of physical education.The first use of a questionnaire survey method,investigation method,interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods,in Korla,Bazhou,Bazhou second the first middle school of Bazhou,Mongolian senior high school students and teachers as the research object,through random questionnaire survey and interviews on 57 teachers and 600 sports students,analysis of existing problems in the teaching of physical education,and these problems are the conclusion and put forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to solve.Conclusion:1.,at present,learners are not satisfied with physical education.They are mainly boring and monotonous in teaching content.They are influenced by exam oriented education,ignoring the main position and personality development of learners.2.the leaders and units of the local schools do not care about sports,do not attach importance to them,and do not guide them.3.teachers are generally lagging behind other areas,and there are few opportunities for teachers to cultivate and learn.4.after class,the training can not be carried out well,and the enthusiasm of the learners is not high.5.hardware facilities and funds have limited the development of physical education.Suggestion:1.the relevant departments and leaders are encouraged to support the implementation of sports work in schools,give guidance,promote the important role of sports,and attach importance to the development of activities.2.teachers should improve their own knowledge system and professional skills,innovate teaching forms,update teaching views,respect students’ personality and stimulate students’ interest in sports.3.schools should increase the enrollment of teachers,inject fresh blood,introduce highly educated teaching professionals,and strengthen teachers’ training and re learning opportunities.4.legitimate use of state education funds,with lectures related equipment,improve the quality of classroom.
