Teachers’ professional development is inseparable from listening and evaluation activities.Effective listening and evaluation can enhance teachers’ mastery of professional knowledge and improve teachers’ professional skills.High school teachers have more than 20 sessions per semester,and these figures do not include attending lectures on various teaching and research activities.In reality,it takes at least three to five years for a math teacher to grow into a professional teacher.Why do teachers have such a long period of growth?Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and study the current situation of listening and evaluation of high school mathematics teachers.At present,from the perspective of the characteristics of high school mathematics,it is not too much to study the results of listening and evaluation for the purpose of the professional development of high school mathematics teachers.Therefore,this paper studies the listening and evaluation of high school mathematics teachers from the point of view of the characteristics of mathematics.The research methods used in this paper include literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview survey.In this paper,the background,main problems,significance and methods of research are described,and the previous studies on listening and evaluation are reviewed.Second,listening to the evaluation on the basis of relevant theories,this paper classes,evaluation,and listen to evaluation,the mathematical evaluation is defined,and expounds the concept of validity,listen to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the concept,for the high school mathematics teachers listen to the evaluation of the research provides a theoretical basis.Third,compiled in this paper,we study the present situation of high school mathematics teachers listen to evaluation questionnaire,in view of the high school mathematics teacher lectures and listening habits,to Weihai,Qingdao,Dezhou,Jinan four areas of high school mathematics teacher’s survey result carried on the detailed statistics and analysis;In this paper,the application of high school mathematicsteachers in listening and evaluation was developed,and the application of high school mathematics teachers’ listening and evaluation was investigated.Through the statistics and analysis to the results of the survey,summed up the current high school math teachers listen to the evaluation of the characteristics and problems are as follows:high school mathematics teacher evaluation attitude is not positive,prior learning consciousness is not strong;Lack of overall grasp of the knowledge content of teaching,lack of thinking about design intention;Not high attention to classroom questions and organized student activities;Not enough attention is paid to the guidance of the study law and the teacher’s wrong revision of the students;Low attention paid to the use of blackboard and teaching tools;Lack of attention to classroom control ability;The listening position and recording mode are too monotonous;After the lecture,communication,reflection,review and feedback were relatively few.Fourthly,on the basis of theoretical analysis and investigation,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for high school mathematics teachers to listen and comment.1.Suggestions for the preparation before the lecture: teachers should listen to the attitude and motivation of the evaluation.Teachers should consciously reserve the relevant theoretical knowledge of the lecture;Teachers should give short lectures before listening to lectures;Before listening to the lecture,the teacher should prestudy the content of the lecture.The teachers should be sure to listen to the observation points before the evaluation.2.Suggestions for observation in the course of listening and evaluation: high school mathematics teachers should pay more attention to the content of teaching;High school mathematics teachers should strengthen their attention to students’ participation in classroom situation;High school math teachers should pay more attention to the basic skills of teachers.High school mathematics teachers should strengthen their attention to the guidance of the study law;High school mathematics teachers should strengthen the attention to classroom control;High school math teachers should participate in classroom activities when listening to the evaluation.High school math teachers should develop a variety of records for listening and evaluation.3.Suggestions for the application of listening and evaluation:after the lecture,the high school math teacher should communicate,reflect,review and evaluate in writing.High school mathematics teachers should pay attention to the use of the blackboard and teaching tools to imitate the application;High school math teachers should attach importance to the application of the teaching procedure seen in the listening and evaluation class to their own teaching;High school mathematics teachers should pay attention to the method of classroom questioning,students’ learning methods and the application of correcting students’ wrong methods.High school math teachers should pay attention to the application of the method to deal with unexpected situations.Finally,the teaching cases of "arithmetic progression" are given. |
