The exploration of health education in high school biology teaching is based on the current dual growth of malnutrition and obesity rate among secondary school students in China.A survey of the weight of all grade one students(total 1973 students)in E Middle School in Tengzhou City,Shandong Province, found that 25.5% of the students in the high school were underweight,6.7% were overweight, and 1.2% were obese. The weight status is severe.Through Knowledge,Attitude and Practice(KAP)questionnaire analysis,it was concluded that students in E Middle School have normal nutrition knowledge, individual knowledge such as daily drinking water is seriously deficient, and nutritional behavior is lacking. In terms of nutrition attitudes, most students are willing to learn nutritional knowledge related to the concept of healthy weight management and are willing to make efforts to maintain a healthy weight. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the penetration of nutrition knowledge in daily biology teaching. The main purpose of this topic is to help students form a healthy weight management concept by infiltrating relevant nutrition knowledge in biology teaching. In the six classes that the author took, four classes with insignificant differences in scores were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group permeated the nutrition knowledge related to healthy weight management according to the new program we designed in daily teaching. The control group conducted continuous normal teaching.By combining the knowledge of biological teaching materials with the knowledge of health management related to nutrition knowledge, using situational teaching method, question teaching method, heuristic case teaching method, inquiry teaching method, experiential teaching method and other methods in classroom teaching to penetrate teaching, supplemented by a self-designed weekly health report, health bulletin board, interest group, and health lectures, launching a year of nutrition penetration teaching, once again using the KAP method for investigation and analysis, the author found that students’ awareness of nutrition knowledge related to healthy weight management concepts was significantly improved, nutritional behavior was significantly improved, and nutritional attitudes were significantly improved. The concept of healthy weight management has basically taken shape. Therefore,it is practical and feasible to carry out the infiltration education method of the concept of healthy weight management in high school biology teaching.Based on the above research ideas, this article is divided into five chapters:In the first chapter, the author defines the core concepts in this article and analyzes the statusof nutrition education at home and abroad and the feasibility and necessity of nutrition education in high school biology teaching. The second chapter focuses on analyzing the weight status and causes of the weight of students participating in the experiment, introduces the basis for the preparation of questionnaires, and uses KAP method to analyze nutritional knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of the experimental group and the control group before the beginning of infiltration education. The third chapter analyzes the method of establishing the experimental group and the control group. It introduces the author’s practical exploration of infiltrating the nutrition education in daily teaching, including the integration of nutrition knowledge and teaching materials, the penetration of teaching methods and the penetration of nutritional knowledge beyond the teaching materials. The fourth chapter analyzes the effects of infiltration education from four aspects of the student’s weight status, nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior before and after infiltration education. The fifth chapter briefly discusses the conclusions of this study, the deficiencies and recommendations of the study.
