Classical poetry,as a cultural history of the Chinese art treasures,has a wealth of ideological value and artistic value.And those excellent works of song lyrics which stand the test of time have always been collected by the different versions of Chinese teaching materials as the most important objects.The Chinese textbooks for high schools in Jiangsu have included a number of famous masterpieces both in compulsory and selective textbooks.Beautiful song lyrics have played a huge role in improving students' aesthetic level and raising students' sentiment.It is the valuable wealth for students' mental growth,especially for high school students who are in the growth stage.Teachers need to think and explore how to let students in learning song lyrics not only enjoy the aesthetic pleasure,enrich the connotation of the personality,but also improve the appreciation level of song lyrics.The author first has a brief discussion about the literary value and education value of song lyrics,then combs through the compilation of song lyrics in the Chinese textbooks for high schools in Jiangsu(compulsory textbooks plus selective textbooks of the tang poetry and song lyrics anthology).Next according to requirements of new curriculum standards for high school's ancient Chinese poems curriculum targets and teaching,using the relevant teaching and methodology,the author explores principles to be followed and effective teaching strategies in the process of teaching song lyrics.Having referred to the analysis and conclusions of the relevant experts and scholars,the author develops and innovates on the basis of studying predecessors' research achievements,combing with her own teaching experience.Some teaching methods and strategies are summed up about song lyrics gradually.At last,the feasibility of the methods is verified through the four teaching examples of song lyrics,starting from two schools of the graceful and restrained song lyrics and the uninhibited ones.After the representative works of representative writers are selected,this paper discusses teaching practice in the form of main steps about classroom teaching,teaching ideas and teaching reflections.
