The Influence Of Yin And Yang Theory On The Formation Of Taijiquan Culture

The theory of yin and Yang is the study of the inherent meaning of yin and Yang and the unique laws of the two movement changes,which explain the ancient philosophical theory system of the creation,development and change of all things in the universe.Its core idea is the unity of opposites in the ancient plain theory of Chinese civilization.It is the category of ancient materialism and dialectics in ancient China,which is the world view and methodology of exploring the origin of the universe and explaining the change of the universe.This study mainly uses the research method of literature analysis,and through the analysis of the theory of yin and yang theory,the cultural connotation of Taijiquan(the three level theory of Pang Pu cultural structure)and the analysis of the relationship between them,this paper demonstrates the effect of yin and yang theory on the formation of Taijiquan culture and the modern inheritance of Taijiquan culture.It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for future development.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Yin and yang theory was first developed in the pre Qin period.Yin and yang theory is the study of the connotation of yin and Yang and the law of movement and change.Yin and Yang in nature are related and mutually opposite things and phenomena of a kind of image.Yin and yang can not only refer to the two opposing sides,but also can refer to one thing.A contradictory body of opposites.The theory of yin and Yang is a simple philosophical materialism centered on the unity of opposites and centered on harmony.Taijiquan culture expresses China’s traditional culture.In the process of its formation,with the theory of yin and Yang as the core,the boxing ring structure of Taijiquan,the double push hand and the final Sanda skill play different roles in different stages.In the frame of boxing,the training of the confidant is practiced,moving and quiet,loosing,opening and closing from the body,the setting of the movement to the unity of the self,and finding the balance in the contradiction.In the push hand,the strength of the two people from the confidant to the bosom person,through the practice in itself,is divided into yin and yang to the strong road of yin and Yang.In the process of self defense,the sticky connection with others is so far in the process;the last stage of the Sanshou is in the free game,internal fixation,unintentional true meaning,the spirit and the body high unity and harmony.On the spiritual level,the theory of yin and Yang is to reflect the harmony of the boxing in the high realm through the awakening of the style of walking round,inclusive and universal and the moral awakening of the Taoist nature in the fist,and from the fist to the road and returning to nature,the final formation of the Taijiquan culture is prompted.
