| Taijiquan, as an important part of Chinese traditional culture, has won the popularity of martial art lovers in the process of being inherited by its unique art of attack and defendence and body-building effects. Tai jiquan, which relies on rationale and kempo, has been passed on mainly by mouth. However, most of these rationale come from theoretical summary of practical experience by masters and are individually different and subjective. As a result, Tai jiquan errors may occur because of being lack of scientific methods, numeral indexes and objective evaluation index, which affected the development and dissemination of Tai jiquan. Therefore, it is necessary to use scientific methods to make qualitative and quantitative research and analysis of Taijiquan by means of combining rationale with scientific methods and using modern scientific methods to interpret rationale so as to form a standard movement, system and step into a scientific, standard and systematic road.In this study,3D cameral synchronizing with telemetry surface EMG(ME made in Finland), shooting the actions while Wild Horse Parting its Manes on Both Sides is performed by practitioners of different levels, acquisiting EMG signal, analyzing and dealing with relative indicators with the help of signal processing software and MegaWin series surface EMG signal processing software, diagnosing, analyzing and evaluating the veracity of the skills and actions, offer data support for Taijiquan rationale and provide theoretical basis for later teaching, practice and body-building so as to promote Taijiquan to inherit and develop scientifically and efficiently. After analyzing and processing Kinematical indexes and EMG indexes of the three subject groups, we draw conclusions as following:1. The Yang-style Taijiquan of wild horse dividing the long neck hair is a rotary movement in terms of moving type, which drives the spine to turn through the spinning of the waist so as to bring along the movement of wrist through the revolving of shoulder in the upper limb, so does the spinning of coax through the revolving of waist to the movement of feet through the revolving of legs. This enables each bodily part to work coordinately, thus meets the fist-principle requirement that one movement links another successively.2. During this process, when the feet fall on the ground, the body center of gravity turns toward the left front that Spindles around the left leg, the rotation axis of which is bent instead of straight. The angle of the knee-joint on the left leg precisely forms as the hub of the regulating shaft so that ensures the requirement leg movement in Taijiquan.3. The experiment shows that Joint of lower extremity and the body center of gravity moves up and down as well as back and forth while revolving the body. This proves that the motion trace in the Taijiquan of wild horse dividing the long neck hair is multidimensional rather than single of one direction, which accords with the fist-principle requirement that the movement of hands and feet is in a circle instead of a line.4. From the comparative analysis of three groups, the experts'technical movements more conform to the fist principle of Taijiquan than the other two groups, and consistent with anatomical structure, also confirm the scientificity of Tajiquan.5. From the results of comparative analysis of muscle force, the group of experts has a higher muscle activity which, according to the change of technical movements, can control harmonized contraction between the muscle synergies to make the movements more economical, more effective and save energy.6. Parting the wild horse's mane of Taijiquan Movements, mainly majors in the tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius, vastus lateral is, rectus femoris, brings about the interaction of joint of lower extremity through the positive cocontraction between the muscle synergies, thus start the pelvis and ankle policy for maintaining balance. |
