Based On The DEA Model, Jiangsu Is Selected As A "double First-class" University Scientific Research Performance Research

Knowledge is the foundation for today's society to create a future.In the modern rapidly developing economic society,its weight is more and more important.Based on the value of knowledge application and practice,universities with strong comprehensive strength and first-class level become the cradle for innovative talents training.Universities with strong scientific research also have great achievements in various fields of innovation.The state put forward the goal of "double first-class",and shifted the focus of higher education to the construction of world-class disciplines and first-class universities.China's "double first-class" university is to become a world-class university with Chinese characteristics and academic level.Implementing dynamic management and leveraging performance to stimulate university research enthusiasm.Combined with the importance and necessity of the construction of"double first-class" universities,the allocation of research resources in the "double first-class" universities has attracted the attention of many researchers.They are concerned about how to stimulate the potential of scientific research in universities,stimulate scientific research activities,promote scientific research achievements and promote continuous growth of scientific research performance.The performance of scientific research can be embodied through the efficiency of scientific research.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to research and analyze the research efficiency of the selected "double first-class" universities.This dissertation,taking the "double first-class" universities in Jiangsu as the research object,aims to excavate the problems of scientific research performance management in Colleges and universities,and promote the rational allocation of scientific research resources in Colleges and universities,and carry out scientific research management.After discussing the concepts and input-output theories of scientific research performance evaluation and so on,the research background of Jiangsu university is summarized,and the scientific research performance index of"double first-class" universities in Jiangsu is established,and then the evaluation system is constructed.According to the DEA model,the scientific research efficiency of "double first-class" universities in Jiangsu is calculated and judged according to the value of DEA.The efficiency of the scientific research of the strategy unit is relatively effective.Through the efficiency index analysis and projection analysis,we find that the non DEA value of some colleges and universities is effective.This is mainly because the pure technical efficiency or the scale efficiency of the university does not reach the ideal value,which reflects the input-output of the university to the best,in order to realize the improvement of the scientific research performance of the University.According to the conclusion of scale analysis,some colleges and universities need to expand the scale of scientific research appropriately.According to the conclusion of technical efficiency analysis and projection analysis,some colleges and universities need to strengthen internal management,improve the conversion rate of scientific research achievements in the field of education and business,and build a scientific and feasible evaluation system for scientific research performance.In this dissertation,the research performance of 15 "double first-class"universities in Jiangsu is studied.The main performance of scientific research efficiency is to find out the problems existing in the management of scientific research performance in Colleges and universities and put forward some suggestions to provide reference for other "double first-class" universities to carry out scientific research performance management.
