The high school biology teaching requirements clearly point out that high school teachers should teach biology from three aspects knowledge,attitude and ability,so that students can acquire basic knowledge of biology,understand the biological knowledge related to life,and have a certain understanding of related science.However,teachers in different years are constantly changing the way of teaching and try to accept new teaching ideas,but there are still many difficulties in teaching,such as insufficient interaction between teachers and students,weak experimental teaching practice,and students’ lack of interest in biological learning.In this regard,I hope to understand the students’ attitude to learning biology through a questionnaire survey of some of the students in some high schools in our city,to find out the way to improve their interest in learning,and to find out the breakthrough of teachers’ teaching optimization,and to put forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Through documentary research,this paper holds that the leading role of teachers should embody the principle of respect,equality and pluralism.The first specific embodiment of the teacher’s leading role in the classroom teaching is the behavior characteristics,which is mainly manifested in the teacher behavior characteristics of the teachers and students.The second is teaching methods,including encouraging students to participate,method guidance,heuristic teaching and so on.Then comes the organization and regulation of classroom activities,including training students’consciousness and initiative.In terms of teaching content and teaching evaluation,students can raise different requirements for different levels of students,encourage more students,and criticize less.To accomplish the implementation of teachers’leading role,teachers should aim at the students before they begin to study,guide in the course of inquiry,and evaluate of teaching after the completion of the study.Through the questionnaire,it is found that interest plays a key role in the biology class,and the teacher’s teaching method has a great influence on the students’biological learning,and the teacher’s leading form needs to be further improved.According to the results of the investigation,effective strategies are put forward:guiding interest to stimulate knowledge desire;guiding rethinking,promoting promotion;teaching them to fish to improve their learning and exploring abilities;guiding students to learn to seek knowledge and interaction,exploring cooperation;guiding students to break through key difficulties and understanding knowledge more deeply;and in addition,changes should be made in the form of the class accordingly.The experimental study is carried out in two classes from the three kinds of basic teaching procedures in the new teaching,review and paper evaluation classes.The students’ learning initiative and academic performance are tested after one year’s time.According to the students’ class notes,the initiative of answering questions in class,the number and quality of the question of asking questions and quality,group cooperation and the participation degree of group learning and according to the analysis of the survey data,it is effective to play the leading role of the teachers to improve the students’ learning initiative in the experimental class.Sex plays a positive role,especially in improving students’ initiative to answer questions and participation in classroom discussions.By comparing the class average scores of the final examination of the two terms and the number of A,B,C and D levels,it is found that the effective exertion of teachers’ leading role can improve the students’ academic performance and achieve good teaching results.
