Research On The Application Of The Participatory Concept In The Direct Reporting Of Statistical Surveys Online

In order to develop service-based statistical surveys,the National Bureau of Statistics began a fully-implemented direct reporting system for corporate networks starting on February 18,2012.Major adjustments have been made in the institutional mechanisms and procedures.The online direct report has promoted the continuous development of China’s statistical investigation work in the direction of standardization,informatization,transparency,and modernization.However,at present,China’s statistical investigation work is still in the public management department,especially the statistical investigation department,and the statistical investigation department and other statistical participants(statistical survey objects and statistical survey service objects)are involved.A statistical survey system that integrates public administration departments,statistical investigation departments,survey respondents,social organizations,and the public has not formed yet.At the same time,participatory theory has developed rapidly at home and abroad.Its practice in China has gradually expanded to various areas of public management,and has achieved many successful cases and experiences.The online direct reporting model,as a new method and new measure in China’s statistical investigation work,The success of online direct reporting determines the effectiveness of statistical investigation work and the success or failure of service-oriented statistical investigation reform.There is a high degree of agreement between the participatory concept and the service-based statistical survey that enhances the effectiveness of statistical investigations.Therefore,Only by using the participatory concept in the direct reporting of the network can we improve the effectiveness of statistical investigations and truly implement service-based statistical investigations.Improving the efficiency of statistical investigation work is the need of the information age.The use of participatory ideas in online direct reporting is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of statistical investigation work.This paper takes the direct reporting work of the Lijiang Survey Team of the National Bureau of Statistics as an example to explore the methods and measures for theparticipatory concept applied in the online direct reporting work of the Lijiang Investigation Team,as well as the problems and constraints faced in the practical application.Then,To provide constructive suggestions for the use of participatory ideas to develop service-based statistical surveys in direct online reporting.
