Research On The Correlation Between College Students' Voluntary Service And Employment Competitiveness

In the new period of deepening the reform of education,how to train the application type college students with noble morality?good talents and strong employment competitiveness is paid much attention by the state,society and university educators.At present,many college students have realized that participating in voluntary service is a social responsibility,but it is also concerned about the possibility of taking part in the voluntary service may produce the costs and benefits.Therefore,it has important practical significance and theoretical significance to study the impact of College Students' volunteer service on the competitive advantage of employment.Through the method of literature analysis,based on the service learning theory to explore the content of the college students volunteer service structure,based on the theory of post competency construction of university students' employment competitive kernel;In the volunteer service,the university students' sense of social responsibility,professional knowledge and skill level,the ability to solve the problem,the stronger the frustration endurance,the higher the employment competitiveness of college students.Taking the college students of G College as the research object,Random sampling of 400 college students,we collect information about college students' volunteer service and the advantage of College Students' employment competition through questionnaires and interviews,the more the empirical test of College Students' voluntary service has a significant impact on the competitive advantage of employment.The research data were processed and analyzed by statistical software SPSS19.0,so as to verify the research hypothesis.The conclusions are as follows:It is concluded that college students' volunteer service has positive influence on promoting the development of College Students' employment competitiveness.Firstly,In voluntary service,the higher the sense of responsibility and the participation of volunteer service,the higher the sense of social responsibility,the higher the employment competitiveness of college students.Secondly,The higher of the professional learning of college students in volunteer service and the higher using of professional knowledge,the level of professional knowledge?skill?the employability of the college students will be better.Thirdly,more frustrations in the service experience of the volunteer service,the stronger of the communication ability,the stronger of the ability tosolve the problem,the higher of the employment competitiveness of the College Students.Fourthly,The higher the frustration frequency of the college students in the volunteer service,the coping attitude ? the frustration tolerance is,the employability and competitiveness of college students will be better.On this basis,drawing on the successful experience of service learning,this paper Constructing college students as the main force,constructs a four party linkage mechanism with clear responsibility,Taking college students as the core,and the college students to actively carry out the individualized planning,social responsibility,the role of the University and explores the specific strategies of promoting the development of the employment competitiveness based on the volunteer service of college students.
