In 2018,the ministry of education issued the standard(2017 edition)of the general high school geography curriculum(2017),emphasizing the "learning mode of cultivating the core quality of the geography discipline".As a kind of "learning method of cultivating the core quality of the geography discipline",the geographic subject APP contains a large number of resources which are not developed for the use of geography teaching. In recent years,a large number of scholars have developed and utilized the practice, which inevitably leads to trial and error, which requires the systematic scientific theory to guide practice and realize benign development and effective utilization. This research is to set up the teachers' reasonable view of geography curriculum resources. It has certain guidance and reference function to widen and develop the geography curriculum resources of high school.Promoting the professional development of teachers; We will deepen the application of geographic tools and geographic information technology.Based on the above background, this article selects a APP geography as the research object,MeteoEarth(weather)in the world,on the cognitive, construction, and humanistic learning theory as the foundation, targeted selection of literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, etc. The research methods. In this paper,we study the first inductive analysis of curriculum resources development and utilization of the research status at home and abroad, the questionnaire survey of high school geography curriculum resources development and utilization of the status quo, using SPSS 22.0 software analysis questionnaire validity, and analyze the problems and reason analysis;Based on the current situation, the feasibility and advantages of MeteoEarth data development and utilization were analyzed, and the development strategy was put forward. The basic methods, teaching strategies and case design of MeteoEarth data were proposed. The classroom observation of "one teacher and one excellent course" was selected, and the geography class based on MeteoEarth data was compared and analyzed, and the strategy of promoting the integration of information resources and geography curriculum was put forward. The following four conclusions are drawn from the research on the development and utilization of high school geography curriculum resources based on MeteoEarth data:(1)most high school geography teachers are aware of the importance of the development of geography curriculum resources, which hinder the development of the existing resources and teaching integration.Although more than 90%of high school geography teachers agree that geography curriculum resources are important to teaching.Although most geography teachers agree the importance of geography curriculum resources for teaching,75.7%of the geography teachers think that the integration of resources and geography teaching is difficult.75 percent of teachers who develop low frequency(sometimes, occasionally, and never)find it difficult to integrate resources and geography teaching.(2)MeteoEarth data has the advantage of application in high school geography teaching, and its geographical features can promote the integration of this resource and geography curriculum.MeteoEarth data with a geographic,compatibility,real-time predictive and space-time,vivid and intuitive, can be additive and operability,to the characteristics of the development of geography teaching, promoting content and technical feasibility.(3)according to the characteristics of MeteoEarth data, the development strategy, teaching strategy and case design are proposed. The development strategy based on the MeteoEarth data covers development principles and development processes. The principles of development are based on the core qualities of the geography discipline, the learning of teaching, the use of teaching and the practice of the typical geographic principles in the real meteorological data.Development process includes:determine the software functions and data, field for geographic data, determine the feasibility of development and development of geography curriculum resources, teaching design, debugging equipment and teaching demonstration, teaching practice and classroom observation feedback before class.Teaching strategies include:stimulating interest, situational creation, regular and intuitive presentation, factor analysis, activity exploration, extracurricular preparation and review, research and study Tours and geographical practice activities.(4)reasonable utilization of MeteoEarth data, and the development and utilization of high school geography curriculum resources to a certain extent to enhance the core literacy level of the discipline. It promotes students' enthusiasm for learning and improves their performance. But at the same time,it should be clear that informatization is not the purpose of teaching, and its effectiveness is closely related to teacher's activities.Promoting the integration of informationization resources and geography curriculum is not only limited to the use period, but also has a clear teaching purpose, combined with teaching practice and skilled operation. This study designed students' level performance table, which can reflect teachers'teaching practice to some extent. The rational development and utilization of MeteoEarth data can realize the good integration of geography curriculum and resources. While improving the efficiency of the classroom,we can also sow the seeds of science and technology in the minds of students. At the same time, this research also aims to set up teachers' correct curriculum resources and promote teachers' professional development. We will deepen the application of geographical tools and geographic information technology to improve students' geographic practice.
