Yin-Yang schools are generally considered to be a local official school in ancient Chinese society.It was formally set up in the Yuan Dynasty(Yuan dynasty called it Yin-Yang school or Yin-Yang office;Song dynasty has had this name of Yin-Yang school(entity)for a long time.).From the perspective of social culture and education,Yin-Yang schools are related to ancient education,politics,society and many other aspects.Studying Yin-Yang schools will help us further understanding the whole picture of official education in ancient China and accurately grasp the development of the practical schools in ancient China.It also helps us to build a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature method,comparative method and the research perspective of education management.This thesis mainly includes the following xix parts:Chapter ? is the introduction.This party mainly elaborated some preparatory work,such as research significance,literature review,research ideas and methods and so on.Chapter ? is the reason of the existence of the Yin-Yang school.This part mainly demonstrated the reason and rationality of the existence of the Yin-Yang school in the Ming Dynasty.It mainly demonstrates that the existence of the Yin-Yang school in the Ming Dynasty was determined by many factors such as political factors,economic factors,cultural factors and educational factors,rather than a single factor,especially not by a single political factor.Chapter ? is the teaching management.On the one hand,it mainly shows that the teaching content of the Yin-Yang school in the Ming dynasty is very rich and has obvious duality-fascination and practicality;focus on the people's psychology and also pay attention to the daily production and life of the public.The other mainly explains the teaching methods on the Yin-Yang school in addition to the usual methods of speak,endorsement,especially the method of stress on learning and practice,and its practice has rich in content and varied characteristics.Chapter ? is the academic officer management.Firstly,it introduces the three major responsibilities of the Yin-Yang academic officers in the Yin-Yang school,namely,political control responsibilities,teaching responsibilities,social service responsibilities.In other words,these three responsibilities are also functions of Yin-Yang schools.Secondly,it explains the treatment of Yin-Yang academic officers and the selection problem.Yin-Yang academic officers at all levels enjoy a certain rank and salary.The two main ways of selection are from internal selection of Yin-Yang schools and selection from the private sector.The selection method is generally a combination of"recommended" and "examination ".Chapter ? is the student management.First,we speculated on the scale of Yin-Yang schools in the Ming Dynasty and the possible number of Yin-Yang students,and explained that at that time,Yin-Yang schools did not have a uniform quota for their students in general.Second,it explains the source of the students in the Yin-Yang school.There are two sources:selected from the children of Yin and Yang family;selected from the community.Third,this part mainly interprets the problem of Yin-Yang students.There are two main way out of Yin-Yang students:First,going into "Qin Tian Jian";the second way is to work in the local office.Those are to show that Yin-Yang students have a broad and flexible outlet.The conclusion part is a comprehensive sub-sublimation summary of several parts.Emphasis is put on some of the more original ideas and conclusions of this paper,such as emphasizing that Yin-Yang schools are not suddenly produced in the Yuan dynasty.The generation of Yin-Yang schools in the Ming dynasty was produced by a combination of the up and down,which is different from the Yuan dynasty.The purpose of Yin-Yang is to "Guide people's production and living schedules" and so on.
