The model of “345” teaching is a good and efficient classroom teaching model of the university of Wei Fang in the 21 st century,in the context of the new curriculum reform of the 21 st century,which has a full respect for the student body,and it has to be a classroom that is a teacher's lecture,which is a student study,and it's important to cultivate the creative spirit and practical abilities of the students.The model of “345” teaching is a model developed by Weifang teaching college in the "autonomous,cooperative and exploratory" elementary and secondary schools.And the model has been promoted in high school in the whole city,and it has made a huge rise in the reform of the teaching mode of the language class of the city.Now,it has been nearly ten years since the teaching model has been carried out,and has this teaching model been effectively marketed in counties and cities?Taking the Anqiu experimental middle school as an example,this paper studies the concrete implementation of the "345" teaching model from the aspects of theory and practice.The author use the graduate internship for half a year time back in Anqiu city experimental middle school,into a line of investigation and study,practice,and follow colleagues to visit and study in Chang Le 2,to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the case study.The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects: the first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the origin,content and significance of the topic selection,and the theoretical basis,research status and research methods of "345" teaching model.The second part mainly discusses the specific connotation and process of "345" teaching model from the perspective of theory.The third part is to combine the author's specific practice,with the new teaching "lotus pond moonlight" as an example to discuss the "345" teaching model classroom practice operation of the specific situation.In the fourth part,the results of the "345" teaching model were analyzed by questionnaire and interview through the implementation effect of "345" teaching mode.At the same time,in combination with the learning situation of the representative team of Anqiu city experimental middle school in Chang Le ii,the "345" teaching model of the experimental middle school in Anqiu city is compared with the "271" teaching model in Chang Le ii.Through the comparison of the specific links,we explore the shortcomings of the "345" teaching model in the specific practical operation.The last part discusses the deficiencies of the "345" teaching model,and puts forward specific Suggestions and measures.The teaching mode of "345" in Wei Fang city is reflected in all the teaching work of the experimental middle school in Anqiu city,and the author starts from the professional Chinese subject.In addition,due to the heavy learning task of high school students,the new teaching of text is mainly conducted in the senior year and the second grade in the senior year of senior grade,and more time is reviewed and tested.The specific practical activities of the author are only carried out in the first and second grades.Therefore,this paper takes the students as the main subjects in the first and second grades,and discusses the application of "345" teaching model in the experimental middle school of Anqiu city by taking the new teaching of text as the research object.This paper is a case study.
