| Prosocial behavior,also known as beneficial social behavior,refers to a kind of behavior that accords with social expectations and brings benefits to behavioral receptors.Pro-social behavior is a positive social behavior and an important basis for the formation and maintenance of good relations between people.Modest,help,cooperation,sharing,and other prosocial behaviors has a very important significance for children to adapt to social collective life.Children's prosocial behavior has appeared in the early life,and gradually increased with the increase of age.However,with the gradual improvement of living standards,children get more and more love and care from their families,leading to the obvious decrease of their prosocial behavior.Therefore,the cultivation of children's pro-social behavior should be paid more attention.Prosocial behavior can not only accelerate the socialization process of young children,but also is an important foundation for the establishment of good interpersonal relationship and the harmonious development of mental health.The social goal is pointed out by A Guide to Learning and Development for 3-6 year Old Children: "Preschool stage is the key period of children's social development,good interpersonal relationship and social adaptation ability have important influence on the development of children's physical and mental health and the function of knowledge,ability and wisdom.".”On the basis of previous studies,this study takes two children as an example.Through the methods of observation and interview as well as the parent-child games,study and cultivate their pro-social behavior.Case one,Hanhan,with the personality of introverted,timid and cowardly,has been protected by her parents for a long time.Although Hanhan has the intention to share and the desire to make friends,she cannot communicate with others bravely and confidently.Case two,Tiantian,is loved and spoiled by his grandmother and gets whatever he wants.Obvious self-centered,and communicating with others in a simple and rough manner,result in the frequent complain by other children in the kindergarten.According to the specific circumstances of the two cases,this study explores the reasons from various aspects;this study starts from the aspect of family,through the parent-child game method,seeking for the improvement method of children's pro-social behavior,designing a training program and following by the implement.The results showed that the parent-child games of two cases had an important impact on their personal behaviors,and the prosocial behaviors of the two cases were improved with various degrees.After a year of training,case one can well deal with peer relations,actively participate in various activities;by the end of the semester,Hanhan was also recommended as the group leader,deeply loved by the children;Case two has made greater progress than before.Although sometimes adults are also need to participate in coordination,Tiantian has learned how to contact with peers with strategies,no longer blindly imposing his will on others.Through the analysis of the results of the study,this study believes that in order to cultivate children's pro-social behavior by parent-child games,first of all,it needs the active guidance of parents.The parents should consciously integrate the education of pro-social behavior in parent-child games,and act as a good role model.Secondly,parents should choose and make and use the prepared parent-child game plans by preschool education workers' professional guidances.Parents should create the environment,to enable children to obtain more emotional experiences through a variety of games.Thirdly,the community forces together to form a harmonious environment,and form a resultant force of education.Children grow up and learn in such an environment,they will eventually grow into the social individuals who are full of love in bottom of heart and full of sentiment under the eyes.The world will be more beautiful with the increase of such well-educated individuals. |
