| It is well known that the growth of students cannot be separated from the family,school,society,the three aspects of the common role of the family and schools in these two aspects of the environment is the most impact on the growth of students.Therefore,the effective conduct of home-school cooperation is very important,it is to consider this issue,the paper to "home-school cooperation" as the starting point for research.After referring to the research of domestic and foreign researchers in recent years,we selected a school with more children of migrant workers in Dalian development zone as a study case.Based on the theory of parent-school cooperative design includes four dimensions: namely,parent-school cooperative awareness,parent-school cooperative behavior,parent-school cooperative evaluation questionnaire,parent-school cooperative expect,the actual investigation.Coupled with interviews with teachers and parents,obtain reliable first-hand information.The results show that there are serious problems in the communication between home and school,family Education,school organization and so on.The specific performance is: There is no clear communication between home and school,lack of careful and effective communication methods,more one-way communication,two-way less,parents more passive,communication content single,biased intellectual and other issues.In the family education,the peasant worker’s parents ’ educational level is low,the ability to educate their children is relatively scarce;The effectiveness of home-school cooperative activities in school organization is not strong,the lack of continuity,the relative system is not perfect and so on.These problems are mainly due to the fact that there is a bias in the understanding between the two sides,and that the partners are limited in terms of time,energy and ability;The author puts forward several strategies to solve the existing problems of "home-school cooperation" : To improve the understanding of "home-school cooperation" between the two sides,to cultivate the ability of "home-school cooperation",to develop family education resources,to set up a good communication bridge between home and school,and to ensure the effectiveness,hoping to provide reference for the successful operation of home-school cooperation. |
