| In school moral education,the education of the rule of law is an indispensable and important part.One of the inevitable requirements of the rule of law society is that citizens know the law,abide by the law,and understand the law.Therefore,strengthening the rule of law education is of great significance both in reducing young people’s crimes and crimes,and in building a socialist country under the rule of law.Throughout recent years,the documentary policy on the rule of law education has been constantly raised,which has aroused the attention of the education sector to the rule of law education.All regions have also begun to actively carry out the rule of law education activities.Under the influence and education of family,school and society,urban middle school students now have good qualities of knowledge,law-abiding,and usage.In contrast,in rural areas in China,especially in remote rural areas where the economic level is backward,the cultural level is relatively low,and transportation is inconvenient,people’s understanding of the law is generally lagging behind,and most rural parents work outside the country all year round.Family law education has no way of talking about,so the school has naturally become the main position for rural middle school students to implement the rule of law education.However,due to various unfavorable factors such as the deep-rooted exam-oriented education system and the serious shortage of teachers,it is difficult for the legal education in rural middle schools to be put in place.The legal quality of middle school students in rural areas is generally lower than that of middle school students in urban areas.This is not only unfavorable to the protection of rural middle school students’ own rights,but also hinders the development of socialist legal society in China.This article is divided into four parts:The first part discusses related concepts such as the rule of law and the rule of law education,and points out the objectives of the legal education for middle school students and the significance of the legal education for middle school students;thesecond part is the implementation of the legal education in rural areas in China.The current situation investigates and focuses on the analysis of the current status of rural law education for rural middle school students.The third part is to sort out many problems existing in rural law education for rural middle school students in order to find out the specific reasons that led to the emergence of legal education for middle school students;the fourth part is from the family.Three levels of school,society and society put forward targeted measures to strengthen rural middle school students’ legal education.We hope that we can provide a theoretical basis for the study of rural legal education for rural middle school students and provide suggestions for the solution of existing problems. |
