The Relationship Between College Students' Social Support, Artisan Psychology And Career Decision-making Difficulties

Career decision-making is the individual's choice of future career direction.College students are the new force of social development.Their career decision-making not only concerns the future development of individuals and families,but also concerns the overall harmony and stability of the society.Career decision-making difficulties is the general term of various problems that individuals may encounter in the process of career decision-making.Therefore,this study will start from the perspective of reducing the difficulties of career decision-making for college students,introduce the psychological quality factor of artisan psychology,and use social support as an external environmental factor.A questionnaire survey method was used to randomly through SPSS 19.0.AMOS 17.0,which revealed the current status of college students' social support,artisan's psychological and professional decision-making difficulties,and the relationship among.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)College students' social support as a whole is in the middle-upper level,and there are significant differences in whether there is only a child,grade and parental education level.(2)The psychology of college craftsmen is in the upper middle level,and there are eight demographic variables in terms of gender,grade,major,whether or not only child,father education level,mother education level,whether social practice and whether they actively participate in social practice.(3)The difficulty of career decision-making for college students reaches a moderate level,but some factors are more difficult,especially emotional discomfort and insufficient access to information.There are significant differences on the following factors that are gender,grade,major,whether there is only a child family origin,father's education level,mother's education level and whether they have received education.(4)College students' social support,craftsman's psychology and career decision-making difficulties are related to each other.Among them,the social support of college students is generally negatively correlated with professional decision-making difficulties.The relationship between college students' artisan psychology and professional decision-making difficulties is also negatively correlated.(5)According to the path analysis,the overall degree of fitness of social support,craftsman's psychology and career decision-making difficulty models is good,and social support and artisan psychology have very good negative predictions of career decision-making difficulties,and the craftsman's psychology plays an intermediary role between the social support and career decision-making difficulties.
