Based On The Stakeholder Theory, A Research On The Problems Of Table Tennis Competitions Among Elementary And Middle School Students In Chengdu

Conflicts of interest commonly exist in our social activities.As a basic form of social activities,there are obvious conflicts of interest in the table tennis competition of primary and secondary school students.Clarifying the interests of all parties who take part in the table tennis competition of primary and secondary school students and balancing the conflict of interest is in favor of promoting the development of primary and secondary school table tennis competition of Chengdu tennis of primary and secondary school students,combine the current situation as well as the existing problems,and probe into the interest conflicts from benefit all parties pursue.The research shows that the main conflicts in the primary and secondary school table tennis competitions in Chengdu are concentrated in the following aspects:Due to the insufficient fund race leader provide and restrictions of competition on the service charge,race organizers are unable to scale up competition and competition organization form is restricted,thus resulting in the limitation of competition influence and being unable to live up to the expectations of race leader.Due to the stringent qualification and single award of competition,the competition participants find it hard to take part in the race and get award,which makes it difficult for them to achieve the aspiration of acquiring the qualification of competition,enhancing the prestige,and broadening their heritage.How the schools and clubs assign salaries to coaches and whether they can provide sufficient funds directly determines the stability of coaches in the course of coaching.The resulting economic income and the training effect have obvious conflict and close connection between the two.To solve above problems in this paper,based on the basic principles of coordination of conflict of interest,in the light of promoting the healthy development of the primary and secondary school table tennis competition of Chengdu,recently we should focus on increasing race funding sources to alleviate conflicts of interest between leader and organizer,scaling up the game satisfy the interest demand of the participating units,perfecting the reward mechanism to meet different interest demand of different family with different levels,distinguishing different types of competition with different aims to guarantee the interest demand of the leader,improving the overall quality of coaches to ease the interest conflict of participants.
