Research On The Arrangement Of The 10th World Games Aerobic Pedal Finals

In this paper,a complete set of Aerobic Pedal Arrangement actions of the10 th world games is served as the paper's object.Methods such as literature,expert interview,video observation,logic analysis and mathematical statistics are used to analyze the major changes of the 2017 FIG aerobic pedal arrangement rules and the music selection and use,operation content,subject content,space and formation of the complete set of actions of the final apparatus in the 10 th World Games.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The major changes of the 2017 FIG aerobic pedal rules lie in shortening the time of the whole actions by 10 seconds,removing the difficulty,restrict the lift,increasing the intensity of the completion of consistency deductions and the standards of three eight beats in place etc.The new cycle rules will lead to the development of the aerobic pedal project in the direction of high quality and artistry.2.The music selected for the complete set of actions by all the teams totally meets the characteristics of the aerobic pedal project with rationality of speed and perfect consistency on the music style and the subject.However,Hungarians and Ukrainians had not been able to connect with music and manipulative actions so smoothly.3.The unit number of actions of all teams meets the game requirements.Among them,Chinese team had relatively more board actions than other teams.The pace and arm manipulation were rich in variety,the body was oriented to various positions,and the actions were complex and diversified.4.Overall,by talking about the actions,the connection between posture,location and manipulation was natural and fluid but lacking in innovation.In addition to the Russian team adopted a new way for the board,the rest of the teams sued to a more solemn way with no enough innovation and diversity.Cooperation mainly focus on two people and more people(4 or more).Only two teams used the lift,a strong sense of hierarchy,which enhanced the visual effects of the complete set of actions.5.Fixed formations and transition formations of all the teams were not much different.The team formations were clear,however,the formations were almost the same so that they looked lack of innovation.The positions from the front,the back,the horizontal,the diagonal and the arc in five directions were changed frequently and the diversity was very strong.However,the connection between the music and the position changes with the manipulative movement is meant to be improved.All teams had relatively more short-distance changes but fewer long-distance changes,and obviouslylack of adequate use of the playing field.As for the spatial alternation,they mainly employed B-C-B,B-A-B-based formations which seemed relatively too simple.And for the different orientations,all teams used more "front" orientation,less "upper" orientation,and the rest orientations seemed to be in balance.According to the above conclusions,the following recommendations are made:Compared with the outstanding teams from abroad,the aerobic pedals arrangement in our country is less innovative because of simple and similar formations.In order to maintain the international dominance of our country's aerobic pedal project,our coaches should keep on summing experience and lessons.We have to fully understand rules and adequately apply the rules to the training to enhance the athlete's strength,explosiveness,flexibility and perfect ability to complete sets of actions.We have to equalize of the number of actions on or under the board and improve the complexity and the diversity of the actions.And also,we have to engage ourselves to apply more ways of changing boards,more diversified and innovative lift actions,more original and new formations so as to improve the ornamental value of the complete set of actions.Hopefully,these can help to improve the overall strength of aerobic pedal project in China.
