Purpose:Study the change of T3、T4、TSH level in serum and thyroid function in rats continuous burden swimming exercise in the whole progress.Discussing the fatigue process and offering the reference about the point of aerobic exercise period.Methods:84 SD rats casually are divided into 12 groups and each group has 7.Control group:blank control N,model execution Md,model control M,test groups D to L all 9 groups.Aerobic fatigue model:rats burden 6%self-weight do exercise,the way is large and small exercise alternately 6 days.After the model finished,test rats take exercise swimming every 60 hours with large exercise,control groups and test groups draw the tissues with the experiment progress.Elise method test the serum T3、T4、TSH level,and thyroid tissue for HE dye.Results:1.Thyroid tissue ice piece HE dye picture compared blank control group N and J、K、L groups,observing the part tissue have differently degree on cell type,the cell mesenchyme is wider,the cell loose array,and have the worse trend with the time;2.Compared with the blank group N,D、E、G、K、L groups T3 level have significant difference(P<0.05),and E group is highly significant difference(P<0.01)and reach the peak in 3th week;F、G、H、I groups T3level`s is lower than peak but still high,J、K、L groups T3 level`s significant decrease,and J group is the 7th week;3.Compared with the blank group N,E、L groups T4 level have significant difference(P<0.05),and E group reach the peak,behind 3th experiment groups T4 level`s fluctuate between peak and blank control;4.Compared with the blank group N,D、E、G、K、L groups TSH level have significant difference(P<0.05),F、G、H、I、J groups TSH level`s is lower than peak but still high,K、L groups TSH level`s significant decrease.Conclusion:1.With the continue interval 60 hours aerobic exercise process,recover capacity become poor and fatigue constantly accumulation,thyroid construction has change in the 7th week;2.With the continue interval 60 hours aerobic exercise process,T3、T4 level reach the peak,thyroid function appear strongly stress reactive,recover capacity decrease and fatigue accumulation in 3th week,T3、TSH level clearly significant decrease,thyroid function appear disorder situation;3.With the continue interval 60 hours aerobic exercise process,thyroid construction and function appear changing and disorder,the 7th maybe the unbalance point between the recovery and fatigue.
