With the development of geographical core qualities,cultivating students' practical ability has become an issue that more and more scholars pay attention to.Geography is a highly practical discipline and bears the heavy responsibility of cultivating students' geographical practice.As a sunrise industry,tourism is changing people's lives.The tourism geography courses offered in high schools are not only in line with the development trend of modern society,but also conducive to cultivating students' practical ability.The implementation of tourism geography practice teaching to promote the implementation of literacy education curriculum reform,and promote the development of tourism geography curriculum resources,at the same time is conducive to training students' tourism literacy.The literature review method is used to understand the structure and content characteristics of high school tourism geography teaching materials.Based on previous research,statistical analysis is performed on the activity texts in the textbooks.The number of active texts in the third Optional Textbook of Lu version is relatively large,which provides many cases and materials for practical teaching.To provide many materials and cases.According to the characteristics of tourism geography,such as the sociality,openness,and the form of teaching,the practical activities in the tourism geography textbooks are divided into four categories,namely,the experience of viewing,evaluation and communication,data collection,and practical activities of planning and design.The requirements of the activities for students are progressive and are suitable for different teaching contents.Using questionnaires and interviews to investigate high school students and first-line teachers,they learned about the establishment of tourism geography practice teaching in high schools,and found that there are very few high school tourism geography courses,a relatively single use of teaching methods,and activities in teaching materials.Problems such as the relatively low utilization rate,the simplification of teaching materials,the lack of local materials,and the simple design of tourism practice teaching.Finally,based on the existing problems,it is proposed that teaching design should follow the combination of extracurricular and extracurricular activities,active participation of students,principle of method suitability,principle of student center,and principle of creativity.Different teaching should be designed for the different requirements of students for the four types of practical teaching activities.The model,that is,the rational selection of teaching models on the basis of a reasonable analysis of curriculum standards and teaching content,the design of teaching methods,teaching media and teaching evaluation based on the characteristics of students,and strives to seek new teaching of tourism geography under the rigorous teaching design way.
