With the eighth curriculum reform in our country,China began to implement three-level curriculum management.As school-based curriculum,to some extent,can make up for the deficiency of national curriculum and local curriculum,it receives more attention.This is conform to the requirements of the new curriculum reform,and is also helpful for the sustainable development of education in China.Under the support of education sector policy and the enthusiasm of schools' curriculum development by schools,the construction of school-based curriculum in Qingzhou junior high school is also carried out quickly.As one of the ancient nine states,Qingzhou has so many historical celebrities and many traditional virtues which students should learn from and carry on.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,the author takes some representatives of ancient cultural celebrities of Qingzhou as the study subject and tries to develop a school-based curriculum Ancient Cultural Celebrities of Qingzhou by combining the contents of a school-based curriculum with local cultural resources of Qingzhou and with the traditional virtues of local celebrities.The necessity,significance,feasibility,assumption and implementation of this course development is introduced in this paper.This paper mainly includes six parts:The introduction part mainly introduces the concepts,research review and research method related to thesis.Among them,the concept definition is mainly defined three important concepts,namely: school-based curriculum,ancient Qingzhou,ancient cultural celebrities of Qingzhou.The current situation of studies of school-based curriculum domestic or abroad is introduced with the highlight of the development status of Qingzhou.There are three main kinds of research methods: literature research method,investigative research method and case study method.The second part mainly discusses the necessity and significance of the development of Ancient Cultural Celebrities of Qingzhou.The necessity mainly involves the problems in the school-based curriculum of Qingzhou West Academy(a junior high school),the trend of Chinese basic curriculum reform and inherit Chinese traditional culture.There are three meanings: promoting the professional development of teachers and the improvement of students' abilities,benefiting to make characteristics of local school,benefiting to carry forward the local traditional culture.The third part is mainly about the feasibility of the development of Ancient Cultural Celebrities of Qingzhou.Three aspects are included: policy,resource and curriculum arrangement of Qingzhou West Academy.Among those,the policy aspect consists of the national policy and the civic policy;the resources consists of "many celebrities","numerous relics" and "rich literature".The fourth part is the ideas of the development of Ancient Cultural Celebrities of Qingzhou.This part mainly includes three aspects.The first part is the concept and goals of the curriculum.The second aspect is the curriculum setup of the curriculum.The third aspect is the textbook compilation of the curriculum.The fifth part is the implementation suggestions for Ancient Cultural Celebrities of Qingzhou.This part mainly includes three main aspects.The first aspect is the implementation principles,including giving full play to the initiative of teachers and students;highlighting the characteristics of local culture;laying emphasis on the practicability of the curriculum.The second aspect is implementation.The third aspect is case analysis.The last part summarizes the experience of this course development,find and correct the shortcomings of this thesis in order to accumulate experience for subsequent teaching.
