Investigation On The Current Situation Of Physical Education In Rural Middle Schools In Shuangyang District, Changchun City

At present,there are up to more than 8 million 660 thousand prim ary and secondary schools in our country,of which nearly 70% of the students are in the countryside and become the majority of the primar y and middle school students in our country.The primary and middle s chool students in these rural areas have also become the most concern ed and concerned groups in the society.At the same time,the society also puts more attention on rural education.As one of the frontline sports teachers in the countryside,the author studies the current s ituation of sports development in rural middle schools.Study the pra ctical problems from the angle of investigation and analysis,and see k solutions.As pointed out in the educational revitalization action plan,we should shift the emphasis of school sports to rural areas an d weak areas,and raise the level of rural physical education as the goal.This paper is aimed at the current situation of sports developmen t in 16 rural middle schools in Shuangyang District,starting from th e following aspects: regular teaching,extracurricular physical exerc ise,physical training,physical education teachers,attitude towards physical education and so on.The survey found that: 1,more than ha lf of the physical education teachers did not strictly carry out inst ructional design and implementation teaching in accordance with the s tandards.2,after class sports training is poor,only 1 schools can organize extracurricular sports training for a long time.3,accordin g to the physical health condition of the reported students,it is wo rrying.In addition,there are 4 schools that are not equipped with p hysical health instruments.4,the proportion of male and female teac hers in sports teachers is seriously unbalanced,the workload of spor ts teachers is large,the structure of professional title is unreason able,and the job satisfaction of teachers is low.5,there are no st andard track and field sites in 16 schools in rural secondary schools in Shuangyang District and lack of sports facilities and equipment.Based on the investigation of the current situation of physical e ducation in rural middle schools in Shuangyang District,this paper a nalyzes and puts forward targeted countermeasures: 1,the leaders in rural middle schools should pay more attention to school sports.The school sports work is taken as an important indicator to examine the work of the school,and the management and supervision system should be perfected to strengthen the management of rural sports education.2,strengthen teachers' teachers' team and capacity building.In view of the current shortage of rural teachers,we can expand the recruitment of "rural special post teachers",which can also increase vitali ty for rural sports teachers and improve the professionalism of physi cal education teachers.3,optimize the content of physical education.To ensure the implementation of the "sports and health curriculum st andards",in strict accordance with the "standard" requirement,to en sure the high school PE class in the classroom every week,try to set up in line with the characteristics of middle school students,stude nts are willing to participate in sports activities,on the basis of the completion of the teaching task,meet the needs of students in sp orts.4,adhere to the long-term and effective development of extracu rricular sports activities and after-school training.Insist on exerc ising one hour a day to ensure the sports and sports activities of th e school.We should pay more attention to the training of students' a fter-school sports and improve the number and grade of the students p articipating in the sports activities.5,continuously optimize the i mplementation of students' physical fitness monitoring.The school sh ould improve the facilities to provide testing equipment to ensure th e physical testing of the students in the rural middle schools.6,to ensure the use of funds,and to strengthen the construction of the s ite and equipment.The innovation of this paper is in the conventional research proce ss,overall investigation and analysis from the two aspects of teachi ng in the course of rural sports inside and outside;focus on the cha racteristics of rural sports teaching situation,carry out the outsta nding research on rural sports teaching highlights;also specifically for rural sports teachers from the aspects of investigation.In orde r to provide practical reference for the better development of rural middle school physical education in the future.
