Objective: A region,a nation and the rise and fall of a country are closely related with sports and physical health of students.China is a large population and the rural population occupies a large proportion.Rural physical education is also an important part of rural basic education.Improving the physical education of rural students is of great help to carry out rural basic education.The purpose of this paper is to find some problems in the process of sports development in rural areas of Changchun City.The expected results provide some theoretical basis for changing the current situation of rural school sports,and provide some suggestions and countermeasures for the relevant departments of physical education.Methods: In this paper,the present situation of rural sports in Shuangyang District of Changchun City was analyzed and investigated by interview method,literature method and questionnaire survey method,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward for the survey resultsResults:(1)Shuangyang District,rural physical education teachers in the junior high school a total of 35.2%,college education in the high school a total of 55.2%,secondary education in the junior high school accounted for 9.1%,secondary education in the junior high school accounted for 0.5%,physical education teachers The number of classes in section 8 below the total high school a total of 17 people,8-10 junior high school a total of 7 people,11-13 section of high school a total of 52 people,14-16 section of high school a total of 80 people,more than 17 junior high school a total of 33,Each year has never published a total of 62 junior high school students,published a high junior high school 92,two high junior high total 31 people,three or more high school accounted for 4 people;(2)very satisfied with the work accounted for 13.6% More satisfied with the 23.2%,dissatisfied with 53.8%,would like to divert 9.4%,enjoy the national standard treatment accounted for 39%,according to the standard but not timely subsidies accounted for 17.1%,subsidies are not enough national standards accounted for 41.5%,not subsidy 2.4%,the most hope to solve the problem,improve the treatment accounted for 47.6%,improve the site equipment accounted for 16%,improve the working environment accounted for 12.2%,to participate in continuing education accounted for 6.1%,improve social status accounted for 18.2%(3)District Rural middle school students learn sports motives to exercise the body and strengthen Physical education accounted for 76.4%,to learn sports knowledge and skills accounted for 15.1%,for the scholars accounted for 2.4%,for the purpose of fun for 5%,holding physical education class had 1%;(4)Shuangyang District,Inter-class exercises at the same time to carry out a total of 123 high school,only the early morning exercises a total of 43,only the beginning of a total of 17 classes,both are not a total of six,physical education classes in full accordance with the implementation of the junior high school A total of 45,part of the implementation of a total of 133 high school,not implemented a total of 11,the school leaders on the school sports that is very important accounted for 6 people,that accounted for 92 people,that the general accounted for 10 people,The exercise that is very good accounted for 54.2%;that good accounted for 36.9%;that better accounted for 6.7%;that good 1.4%;that is very good accounted for 0.7%;student parents that school sports is extremely important accounted for 21.8%;that accounted for 43.3% of the important;that the general accounted for 28%;that is not important accounted for 6.9%.Conclusion:(1)Changchun Shuangyang District junior high school physical education teachers for the majority of secondary education,although the degree and undergraduate education also occupy a certain proportion,part of the teachers and undergraduate education is not the first degree,but in the division After the teaching period,through correspondence,etc.to obtain the undergraduate degree,and most of the age is too large.This may be one of the reasons why the concept of physical education in Shuangyang District as an agricultural area is relatively old.May be due to lower diploma,the general concept of thinking there are limitations,the development of physical education work there is a certain bound role;the rural middle school physical education teachers are relatively short,the workload of teachers,sports research work in the school is not taken seriously,research funding Lack of support;lack of scientific research teachers,scientific research is not strong enough; (2)Shuangyang area of rural physical education teachers overall job satisfaction is low,to bear the social,family,relatives and other aspects of pressure in the work of depressed,no enthusiasm,appear.Many teachers are not satisfied with their own work,and many teachers have the idea of changing positions;many teachers are not timely access to state subsidies,while their work is not recognized,hinder the level of teaching;(3)middle school students learning motivation and goals are consistent,Indicating that students have a relatively clear learning objectives,the study of sports is a positive attitude;(4)many schools do not have better to carry out morning exercises and inter-class activities;only part of the school in accordance with the syllabus,rural schools do not have sufficient Venues and equipment;students on the understanding of physical education is very positive,but parents believe that physical education is irrelevant,but also one of its factors,the school leaders on the physical education is not enough awareness.Countermeasure: The focus on the status of school sports,the implementation of the school sports work,and truly play the role of school sports;(2)according to the development of science and education objectives of the country to continue to improve the rural secondary school sports hardware facilities,through the increase in school sports funding,So as to improve the external environment of school sports;(3)increase efforts to improve the overall combat effectiveness of physical education teachers in order to new curriculum reform on the road to play its unique professional quality...
