The time of primary school is in a period of rapid growth and development for pupils.Faced with the practical problems such as the heavy burden of school work,the pressure for further studies,and the lack of family education,it poses a serious challenge to the physical health of children and adolescents.The Guidebook for physical activity of children and adolescents in China suggests that children and adolescents aged 6-17 should conduct at least 60 minutes totally of high-intensity physical activities every day,including at least 3 days of high-intensity physical activity and increased muscle strength.For this reason,this article takes leisure sports,pedagogy and psychology as the theoretical basis,combines the physical and psychological development goals of primary school students,attempting to design different types of parent-child outdoor sports activities in light of their psychological,physiological characteristics,and family education atmosphere,and promote the physical quality of primary school students and reflect the importance of family education for the healthy growth of pupils.The methods that have been adopted in this article are literature and material methods,field observation,expert interviews,empirical method,and logical analysis.72 groups of parent-child from primary school in Wuhou District and Jinjiang District in Chengdu are used as empirical objects.Based on the physical and psychological development characteristics of primary school students and related theories and practices,this article designs primary school parent-child outdoor sports activities namely,“parent-child walking orientation activities”,“China-Australia sports and cultural exchanges” and “parent-child fitness challenge”,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Parent-child outdoor sports activities in primary schools are activities that focus on primary school students’ enthusiasm for sports participation and the development of family health education.Among them,the enthusiasm for sports participation is reflected in the effective incentives of the activities and the roles the parents play in the activities.(2)The design pattern of primary school parent-children’s outdoor sports activities consists of a program plan and an empirical plan.The program plan includes the determination of the activity process and the filling of activities.The empirical plan includes practical exercises on the contents of the activities and simulation exercises on the entire program.(3)The content of primary school parent-child outdoor sports activities is an incremental or degressive process that can flexibly adjust the load measurement.Determining the intensity for students at different levels will help teach students in accordance with their aptitude.(4)The implementation of parent-child outdoor sports activities in primary schools is an organizational process is top-down management.From design-acceptance,empirical-acceptance,and implementation,everyone has the responsibility to ensure the effective control of the activity time and the effective realization of the activity target(5)According to the evaluation and feedback of the implementation effect,the parent-child outdoor sports activities in primary schools have produced certain practical value in promoting the physical fitness of primary school students,cultivating harmonious parent-child relationship and enriching the physical exercise patterns of primary school students.
